Vietnam marks 80th independence anniversary with huge parade

Vietnam marks the 80th anniversary since communist revolutionary Ho Chi Minh declared a "Democratic Republic of Vietnam" free from French rule in 1945. Tuesday's huge parade showcased an array of modern military equipment, including warships and other vessels, as tensions persist over the South China Sea.
