00:00I think the mini reshuffle yesterday, the shuffling of the deck chairs on this Titanic government shows just how much panic is setting in.
00:10It's quite clear that the Prime Minister has got no confidence in his Chancellor.
00:14Therefore, we saw yesterday the creation of this new economic unit within 10 Downing Street so that he has got a better grip of the economic side of things.
00:23And it's an admission that over the past 14 months, this is a government that has failed to deliver and has failed to get its message across.
00:30It's quite clearly a government worried about how it's doing and rightly shown because they are failing on all fronts.
