00:00Hey guys, in this video I'll be ranking the best wireless earbuds based on hundreds of hours of
00:05testing. The earbuds on this list are all noise-canceling earbuds specifically and are all
00:10ones that I personally recommend. So if you'd rather just skip everything else and see the
00:15full list, check the links in the description, feel free. But I suggest sticking around for
00:20the key specs and features of the best earbuds worth buying right now.
00:23My top pick overall are the Bose QuietComfort Ultra earbuds. Bose has rightfully earned its
00:33reputation in the audio world and these earbuds live up to it. These have the best noise-canceling
00:38I've ever experienced in a pair of earbuds. Seriously, it is unmatched, even in loud environments
00:44like planes and subways. They're also incredibly comfortable with multiple eartip options that
00:49make it easy to get the perfect fit. The sound is warm and bass-forward, which I love for
00:55rock, rap, pop, and every genre in between. I will say the immersive audio features can
01:00be a little bit of a mixed bag. For me, some of the tracks feel a little bit more open while
01:04others lose impact, but battery life is very solid at six hours and while there's no wireless
01:09charging, it's a trade-off I'll gladly take for how good I think these look and feel. If
01:15your priority is stellar noise cancellation, you won't find any earbuds better than these.
01:22Next up, I have what are some of the most recognizable earbuds on the market. Of course,
01:27I'm talking about the AirPods Pro 2. There are plenty of reasons why the AirPods Pro 2 continue
01:32to beat out most other earbuds, and they're without a doubt the best wireless earbuds and best
01:37noise-canceling earbuds for iPhone users. While testing them out, I've found that the fit makes
01:43them a viable option for fitness, for work, and entertainment alike. Not only are the earbuds
01:48IPX4 rated for protection from sweat and light showers, but so is the charging case itself. Battery
01:54life of six hours on a single charge from the earbuds and up to 30 hours with the wireless charging
01:59case, both of those are great as well. On the audio front, Apple's H2 chip and custom amp and driver
02:05delivers impressive low and high frequencies, and then you can use the iPhone's TrueDepth camera to create a
02:11personalized spatial audio sound experience paired with unparalleled comfort. They're a popular choice
02:17for a reason, and the best part, they're almost always on sale. But if you want the best wireless
02:22earbuds with active noise cancellation that are a lot less expensive, like half the price of the other
02:27ones, the Sony WF-C710N are my next pick. Not only do these come in some very fun colorways, but with touch
02:34controls, wear detection, and powerful sound, these feel a lot more premium than the price lets on. The earbuds make
02:40bass lines sound powerful and vocals sound clear, and a user-friendly app lets you customize the
02:45EQ to your heart's content. Oh, and the ANC is extremely effective as well. I'm not exaggerating when I
02:51say it's comparable to Bose. Plus, you get up to 12 hours of continuous listening and over 33 hours of
02:58battery with the charging case total. The Sony WF-C710N are the ultimate balance of style and substance, but more
03:05importantly, their value proposition can't be beat.
03:11Now, if this were a list that didn't value noise-canceling performance as much,
03:15this next one would probably be my top overall pick. One of the best wireless earbuds you can
03:20buy right now are the Sony WF-1000XM5. Yes, another Sony pair, but this pair of wireless earbuds in
03:27particular are packed with some of the strongest features and performance I've ever seen from a pair
03:32of buds. They also have some of the most dynamic and engaging sound I've ever heard. But that's not
03:37all. With eight hours of battery life, these buds outlast most rivals. Plus, there's LDAC support for
03:43higher quality music and adaptive listening mode and full EQ customization. Call quality is even solid
03:49thanks to a special noise reduction engine with AI that's able to make voices sound clear in noisy
03:55environments. Simply put, the XM5s are the full package when it comes to wireless earbuds.
04:03If you're like me and you don't always love the feel of those little silicone ear tips,
04:06then the AirPods 4 with ANC might just be the best wireless earbuds for you.
04:11I've been genuinely so impressed by how the AirPods 4 effectively offer a noise-canceling experience
04:17without having a true seal. They somehow still do a solid job at reducing ambient noise.
04:22The adaptive audio feature is especially nice. It's going to blend ANC with transparency for a really
04:27balanced listening experience. Also, a version without ANC that are a little bit more affordable,
04:33but considering that this version comes with a wireless charging case, plus a ton of premium
04:38features like spatialized audio, conversation awareness, they're so worth it. Simply put,
04:43if you want a reliable and comfortable pair of wireless earbuds that work effortlessly across
04:49all your Apple gear, the AirPods 4 are a very easy pick.
04:56Now, if the actual quality of the audio performance is what matters most to you,
05:00the best wireless earbuds for sound are the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4. These buds
05:05have the strongest Bluetooth and audio codec support of any pair that's around on the market at the moment.
05:11Sound quality is outstanding, and I love Sennheiser's unique sound signature.
05:15Everything sounds just perfectly balanced and just right. Although they're not quite up to the
05:21standard to rival the Bose QC Ultra earbuds in terms of the ANC performance, the Sennheiser's
05:26block out sounds effective enough and also have a very decent transparency mode. I also appreciate
05:32features like the ear fit test and sound personalization mode to help you get the best
05:36fit and sound that's right for you. I happen to think they look quite nice too.
05:40Last one on the list, these are for my fitness enthusiasts, runners, gym goers, you name it. The
05:49Powerbeats Pro 2 have secure ear hooks which provide the kind of stability and comfort for
05:55anyone who's going to be moving around a lot. The case is kind of massive compared to the other best
06:00wireless earbuds on this list, but it's fine for a gym bag and in return you get up to 45 hours of
06:07battery life. They're powered by Apple's H2 chips so performance is snappy and seamless and it works
06:12with both iOS and Android devices. Although the noise cancellation and transparency modes don't
06:17quite reach the level of some of the other options on this list, I love the physical buttons and the
06:22fact that there's even a built-in heart rate monitor that can sync with apps like Peloton.
06:27Now with so many wireless earbuds to choose from, you might find it difficult to settle on just one.
06:32There are several factors to consider like design, comfort, and a secure fit. If you're a stickler
06:37for good audio quality, then you're going to want to give that more weight in your decision. Also, if
06:42you're the type of person who likes to buy into an ecosystem, so to speak, a pair of earbuds from the
06:47same brand as your smartphone might make a lot of sense. Then there are things like battery life,
06:51IP ratings, call quality, accessories, all things that might not be deal breakers for a lot of people,
06:57but are good things to consider nonetheless. Your earbuds, especially the ones that are on this list,
07:02are meant to be an investment, so make sure that all your needs are met. And hey, if you do ever have
07:07any follow-up questions, that's what the comment section of this video is for. I just want to
