00:22Andy, open up
00:30How did you find me?
00:38The bloody mailways, mate
00:42First and foremost about this, the cast was amazing
00:48I really loved each and every actor and actress who was in this
00:54They did such a fantastic job
00:56I don't know if it was supposed to be as funny as it was
00:59But I personally, I found it hilarious in a good way
01:03But there's always something
01:05Anyone with a Scottish accent that has completely lost their temper
01:09And is chewing somebody out
01:11It's going to be funny
01:13And the way that that actor performed that segment
01:17Where he was absolutely reaming that guy
01:21Was hilarious
01:23The bullet catch was absolutely perfect
01:25And it was so funny
01:27But it was also serious
01:29As well
01:31It kind of went from being
01:33One extreme to the other
01:35Being very, very funny
01:37To being very, very serious
01:39And kind of very suspenseful
01:41And oh my God, what's going to happen?
01:43I think the cinematography on this was really good
01:45The cast definitely made such a wonderful impression
01:49A good aesthetic to it
01:51I especially like evoking the period look
01:53With the car especially
01:57But that opening shot
01:59Where we see the tall weeds
02:01And the rusted trailer
02:03And the yellow car pull up
02:05You kind of knew what you were in for
02:07It was going to be a period crime film
02:09From the get
02:11From the get
02:12So that was good
02:14I love the shots
02:16Especially outside
02:17Just wonderful use of the environment
02:19Shot at the right time of day
02:21It all looked really beautiful
02:23Actors did a nice job
02:24You know, each person
02:25Was a very distinct character
02:26There's no other situation
02:27Where you got two people
02:29That kind of look the same
02:30And sound the same
02:31Like everybody
02:32It was very distinct character
02:33Good faces, good acting, good types
02:35It reminded me
02:36It's like
02:37It reminded me of like Pulp Fiction
02:38And I like that tone
02:39That like
02:40Like
02:41I don't know how to describe it
02:42But it's like tension
02:43But like
02:44It's tension
02:46It's tension
02:47But it's like
02:48Conversational
02:50I almost
02:51I guess
02:52Like it reminded me of Pulp Fiction
02:53Like how Pulp Fiction is like
02:54There's not
02:55You know
02:56You wouldn't say Pulp Fiction
02:57Doesn't have tension
02:58But you wouldn't say Pulp Fiction
02:59Is like
03:00Fast either
03:01Like
03:03And I think it
03:04That's
03:05That tone
03:06Is super hard to recreate
03:08And I've only really seen Tarantino
03:09Tarantino do it
03:10Except for here
03:11I think they nailed it
03:12And that is impressive
03:13I love the colour scheme going on in this film
03:16It felt very
03:17And looked very much like
03:18A Wes Anderson inspired film
03:20Which was a great detail of inclusion
03:22I thought there were
03:24I thought there were some great tension
03:26Balding moments in this film
03:27When the characters meet with the other guy in the office
03:30And the gun is inevitably involved
03:33I like how for majority of this film
03:36The gun is pointed out at the character
03:38This in turn creates this
03:40But light curdling tension and suspense
03:43Within the audience
03:44Which works quite well
03:45And I think this film exceeded those expectations
03:48I really like these performances
03:50And the setting
03:52A few decades back
03:54They put great attention to important details
03:57Such as scenery location
03:59The costume design
04:00The office furniture
04:02It was impressive
04:03The whole horse racing mafia vibe
04:06The music and the twist at the end
04:09Overall very clever and entertaining
04:11And entertaining
