After the passing of Allu Arjun’s grandmother, Allu Kanakaratnam, her eyes were donated. This was revealed by Megastar Chiranjeevi, who said that her eyes were donated to the eye bank with the consent of her son Allu Aravind and other family members.

Chiranjeevi added that Allu Aravind immediately agreed when the request for eye donation was made, showing a true spirit of humanity and compassion.
