01:44we have reemphasized that in the past two national defense authorization acts
01:53and we will add to the provisions again in this year's defense authorization act,
02:01which will be on the floor of the Senate on Tuesday of next week.
02:05It's the first order of business when the Senate gets back into session.
02:09But we are here, delighted to be here, looking forward to important discussions.
02:17It is so great to be here in Taiwan and to have the opportunity to meet with the Taiwanese people as well.

02:28The delegation has had a long trip, many miles.
02:34We began in Hawaii, meeting with the Indo-Pacific Command there.
02:40We moved on to Guam, Palau, and the Philippines, and Taiwan.

02:53and to continue to meet with the Taiwan government and officials in order to discuss security,
03:03opportunities, and progress for this part of the world.
