The killings appear to be random and leave the police mystified - at a COBRA meeting a decision is taken to call on Washington Poe and Tilly Bradshaw who are deemed the only people capable of stopping a currently unstoppable assassin. Another great Poe and Bradshaw thriller , well paced , believable characters including the manipulative and competent villain .
