02:55The bottom line is the numbers are real. They come from the FBI. They've been confirmed by the Chicago
03:01Police Department. Everyone knows the facts. And the facts are that gun violence is going way,
03:06way down here in Chicago. And the last thing we need is federal troops coming in and escalating.
03:11He's only targeting cities with African-American mayors. He's only targeting cities in blue states,
03:30even though red states have higher murder rates than blue states. So if he actually was serious
03:34about crime, he wouldn't be starting in Chicago. He'd be starting in Birmingham, Alabama. He'd be
03:39starting in Memphis, Tennessee. He'd be starting in St. Louis, Missouri. These are the places that have
03:44some of the highest per capita murder rates. But those Republican governors don't want troops in
03:50their streets at all. That's why they're sending them to Washington, DC. And I'm sure they'll be
03:55willing to send them to Chicago and to Illinois. But they're not going to help us.

06:01I'm a man with great common sense and a smart person. And when I see what's happening to our cities and then you send in troops, instead of being praised, they're saying you're trying to take over the republic.
