01:10And behind me, you can see a toll plaza.
01:12This is a toll plaza, which is a motorable road, where cars were passing, trucks were passing.
01:17But you can see, how much water is in this toll plaza.
01:20This is a toll plaza, which is coming to us from the river Bias Cross.
01:24So, there is so much water, and this is the impact that there was a lot of water.
01:28But today, it's about 40 minutes later, there is a free-flowing water that you see in this toll plaza.
01:34This whole area has become a riverine sector.

02:45But this is the kind of signs of devastation you can see on the Kullu-Manali Highway, completely cutting off the connectivity of this region.
02:53So, everybody here on the edges is living in danger.
02:55All the establishments have been evacuated, but the connectivity continues to stay an issue on this Kullu-Manali Highway,
03:05as there was heavy rains, incessant rains, flash floods, cloud bursts that basically created havoc for the entire area.
03:12The Kullu-Manali Highway has been eliminated since Kullu-Manali Hills.

03:32and towards the South.
