00:25Isasalang na sa preliminary investigation ang mga reklamong multiple murder,

00:34kidnapping with serious illegal detention, enforced disappearance

00:37at iba pang inihain ng mga kaanap ng 34 na nawawalang sabongero laban sa mga respondent.

00:45Ayon kay Prosecutor General Richard Anthony Fadulion, pumasa sa evaluation stage ang mga reklamo.

00:52Buo na rin ang panel of prosecutors na hahawak sa pagdinig sa mga reklamo.

00:57Sa ngayon, hinihintay na lamang ang ibangdagtag na dokumento mula sa PNP

01:02bago mailabas sa mga sabpina sa nasa 60 mga inereklamo.

01:07Sa briefing ng House Committee on Human Rights,

01:10sinabi ng Department of Justice na wala pa sa Witness Protection Program

01:15ang whistleblower na si Julie Dondon Patidongan.

01:18We're still on the process. The witness can only apply under the Witness Protection Program

01:25once the case has been evaluated by our prosecutor.

01:32According to our police counterpart, the witness is very much secured.

01:36There's no doubt that something like this is definitely urgent.

01:41And we expect, of course, DOJ to act swiftly.
