00:26I don't know if we can have an executive order on this.

00:42But on the point of...
00:44You made it very clear from the outset.
00:46Even in foreign policy, everything we did has to be pro-American.
00:49It has to make America stronger or safer or more prosperous.
00:52And there's just a few things I want to touch through because it involves your team under your leadership making it happen.
00:57The first is, for the first time in the modern era, we are truly on offense against organized cartels that are pumping poison, killer poison, into our cities.
01:06And that's a team effort.
01:08It's Christie's team.
01:09It's Pete's team.
01:10It's Pam's team.
01:11And obviously, it's under your leadership.
01:13And by the way, we're getting incredible economic, international cooperation.
01:17Countries just in the last week, Ecuador, Paraguay, Guyana, Trinidad, today Argentina, all joining us or trying to be helpful in advancing this.
01:25And this just, you know, one thing is there.
01:27We're going to stop drugs from coming in and we're having record seizures.
01:30But another thing is to build an international coalition against the scourge on the international stage.
01:36The second is mass migration, illegal mass migration, which is dangerous for the country but harmful for American workers.
01:42What's happening on the border is essential.
01:44But it's not just what's happening on the border.
01:46And again, Christie and her team have been essential in this.
01:48We have countries all over the world that are actually helping us, whether it's through safe third country agreements,
01:53whether through it's stopping the migration flow from coming here in the first place.
01:57Incredible international cooperation.
01:59You're not, you've redefined our border.
02:01It's no longer just our physical border.
02:03We are doing things ahead of time to prevent this from happening and getting cooperations from countries that we've never seen before.
02:09And last, I would say, and Steve touched upon this, who, by the way, is doing a phenomenal job.
02:14Steve is both a great negotiator and he's also a nice guy, which are two tough things to pull off together.
02:19But it's incredible.
02:21But we both work for the peacemaker in chief.
02:23Think about it, how fortunate we are as Americans to have a president who's made peace a priority.
02:28And just since the last time we've met, there was a war going on in Cambodia and Thailand, between Cambodia and Thailand.
02:34The president just picks up the phone and tells them to stop fighting and within 72 hours the fighting had stopped.
02:39You know, there's no other leader in the world that could have done it.
02:41And the fact that you were willing to spend time to do that and to make it happen is, of course, essential.
02:46And then the war that didn't happen because of Azerbaijan and Armenia coming here to sign that peace deal,
02:51which is historic in so many countries.
02:53You know how many countries said, oh, that's never going to happen.
02:55It isn't possible.
02:56And it occurred, Mr. President, because of your leadership.
02:58And then on a point of personal privilege, I wasn't even going to raise it.
03:01I haven't even talked to you about this.
03:02It's a little controversial, but I think I need to bring it up at this time of year.
