02:10the people of himachal uh thinking and feeling about this yeah this is uh not a rare uh custom and rare
02:18tradition it is uh century old tradition in uh transgiri areas of sir modistic and uh earlier it was also
02:26prevailing in tribal parts of the himachal pradesh so but uh this was confined to some uh low qualified
02:35persons earlier but now this incidents has uh sparked off a new debate across the country because the
02:43bride is also a qualified uh her one husband is a uh woman servant other is in corporate so uh basic
02:52purpose was uh behind this uh pulmonary system this is called in uh shilai area shilai constituency of
03:00sir modistic this is called a jodidara custom jodidara tradition so it is basically helps to manage
03:08family social resources including land labor and other things and it it all it helps also promotes unity
03:17and integrity among the brothers and provides stability in the family and thirdly uh the this system also
03:26uh helps uh in preventing the land division among the families of uh this uh particular area because
03:37uh the system was earlier also uh and i i think now it's also uh right now it's also prevailing in some
03:43parts of utrakhand also not in himachal pradesh but shilai is a around 70 kilometer and 60 kilometer
