00:16to Clannerted Wells and I love it here everybody here is wonderful when I came
00:21here 26 years ago it was because of Gordon Green's invention of this
00:26bog snorkeling business and I was in hospital and I couldn't walk and I saw
00:31in the Guinness Book of Records bog snorkeling and I said to myself if I
00:35ever walk again I'm gonna do that because I had sciatica down both my legs
00:39and had a Zimmer frame and I was on 16 tablets a day for pain now so I'm very
00:45happy to be back here again for the 26th time unfortunately we we've just lost
00:50Gordon a wonderful man changed my life completely so hopefully we can do this
00:56always in his memory I think the reason I love it so much is because it's just really
01:18quirky and bonkers and it's not like a proper traditional swimming event it brings all sorts
01:24I love all the fancy dress and the cheering and the sort of party atmosphere and I love
01:29how you can make a day of it and it's just really good fun
01:32I like the lack of seriousness
01:36I've had a really good third year I've had more medals than I ever thought I could ever win and I've just
01:44enjoyed chatting to people and seeing their costumes and enjoying the weather and the
01:48food and the local friendly people and international people that come and visit
01:53and have a go so yeah another amazing year
