00:11introduce mr. Roshan he is going to take care everything yeah yeah so here I am
00:17demonstrating the first of its kind technology which is actually there so
00:20what do we emphasize in this technology it is a 0% input and 100% output flywheel
00:26technology so come along let me just show it to you so Tata what you actually see
00:31over here yeah is actually the entire machine it's 2 kilowatt machine which is here so it consists of parts such as you have your flywheel rotors over here so it consists of two over there these are almost like 2.5 ton in weight
00:44okay it's both or it's single no put together together okay then you have a 15 HP motor over here which is connected to it you have the conveyor belt and all of it and here you have the alternator
00:56so the alternator capacity for here what that is it's 50 kilowatt so this is the
01:02entire brainchild of of the technology that we're talking about so it will convert
01:06your kinetic energy into electrical energy and it will give you the output okay so
01:11the other components is the distribution box the distribution box consists of
01:16certain circuitry which is inside software embedded which would actually state the
01:20number of kilowatts which is going to be generated so you have this particular output
01:25panel here which will showcase the voltage which comes in it will showcase the
01:29kilowatts and all of it okay and over here is the main bus bar so the bus bar setup is
01:35common over here which comes so we have four different panels the first panel will show
01:40the power which is coming from SCOM okay we have come we've named it as SCOM so that
01:46for any particular state and they can add it okay so it's just a electrical issuing
01:51company okay and then we have the 15 HP motor the power which goes on to the
01:55motor this is the output which comes from the distribution box you can see and we
02:00kept also an output panel over here okay this is the motor supply box okay so the
02:05reason why we have actually kept this particular box over here is to show you
02:09that after the input goes in okay only for about 10 seconds is where the
02:15machine requires a kick okay the motor will start running starting time yeah it
02:18only requires that a small 10 to 20 seconds right after that you'll hear a
02:23noise in the distribution box which means that the power gets cut and then we
02:26will actually pull this lever out to show that there is no input so this
02:30particular lever is the one which connects the input power which comes from
02:34SCOM it goes and that's when the motor supply starts running once the
02:38distribution box actually makes a particular noise which will show that it cuts
02:42off the input power then it's just a self-generating machine the entire water
02:47is dead but because of the gravity in which it will work and through the gearbox
02:51assembly all that which is there the V will keep turning and it will convert your
02:55kinetic energy to electrical energy so let me show you the entire demo now sure
02:59sure yeah so to help me with the entire demonstration we have another
03:09representative from green gyro this is Kiran so Kiran is going to show you how
03:13exactly it starts he's going to be over here when he presses it and we have our
03:17other person in charge mr. Shivam over there so Shivam will also help us in the
03:22entire operational starting the entire motor and stuff like that so to show you
03:27how it started so here the starter is there so once Shivam actually pushes it you
03:32would see that it starts rotating so the entire wheel keeps rotating over here
03:36you can see that Kiran is pressing the particular start button here so this
03:41particular machine will take its input from the motor supply and then if you
03:45concentrate on the distribution box you will hear a particular noise which would
03:49come so this input which comes over here it will keep showing here the
03:55voltage which we get from the grid the RPM at which it's running the noise which you
04:00heard which shows that the motor supply is actually cut
04:03over here
04:10so they come over here they're actually going to disconnect the entire car which
04:13is from the motor so you can actually keep the meter over here and see the
04:19particular reading
04:22output that means there's zero input which is actually coming over here let's come to the output side of this
04:33so now we have to open the zero but when you look at the particular output here you can see that it's actually producing about 37 38 sometimes it goes up to 40 also it depends on the voltage which is concerned so this is these are the amps which are coming out
04:40so it shows that the power is being generated now the output which close from here
04:58comes all the way to the distribution box
05:01now let me ask how what is the output that we can show that there is a particular output being received
05:08so that we have actually connected it to a particular motor
05:10and here if you actually see you would see the kilowatts which is being produced
05:12you can see that right now it's showing the 228 voltage which comes 33 kilowatts is used
05:15so sometimes we get about 250 becomes more so the voltage is more the number of kilowatts becomes more
05:18so the power which is being generated goes back from this thick cable which comes in the back into the bus bar into the distribution box
05:24now let me ask how what is the output that we can show that there is a particular output being received
05:29so that we have actually connected it to a particular motor at the back
05:31so please come along
05:33so you may ask as to why we have connected to an external appliance
05:41because everyone has use case scenarios over here
05:43so once the power is being produced it has to be distributed somewhere
05:47so we are trying to show that the distribution takes place over here
05:50so if you actually come here and see
05:53the entire lining is over there

05:57you will see that the voltage is at 400
06:00the amps is still showing 0
06:02now when he presses the button
06:04you will see that the amp generation starts
06:06and then over here the pump actually takes in water
06:10so this is to show you the proper use case scenario

06:17that with 0% input you are getting 100% out

09:14motor is going to kick start the entire flywheel process correct so after that is there any
09:20power supply for this motor no like what i showed you that time okay the reason why we actually kept
09:25this motor supply boxes so that we will show you that when the input comes that the motor will get
09:30that kick start power where only for 10 to 15 seconds it ran post which you actually heard that
09:35noise after which the power was off and we pulled the lever which shows that there's no input current
09:40which goes in okay so this motor is only required only to kick start the process suppose that there
09:45is zero power which goes then only based on the gear system and the mechanisms which we kept inside
09:50that's like the secret sauce of the entire here the gear yeah which is inside over here that's like
09:56our entire secret sauce of the entire process so only because of that mechanism is where the entire
10:01wheels keep rotating okay and that produces the kinetic energy which gets converted to electrical
10:06energy okay and then goes out okay and one more question so once you you know turn off this
10:12power is there any you know power supply from the generator to the motor after that no no it is
10:18completely dead dead the motor is dead okay so that's where i even showed you all the power right there
10:23is no power which goes to the motor the motor is completely dead only because of the gravitational forces
10:28and because of the flywheel the weight and all of it in which it runs and because of the gear boxes inside
