00:52Now Shivam scoring three goals is good for us but that consistency should be there.

00:57It's not that you just score now and then you relax and the next game you don't perform.

01:09The consistency, lack of consistency is the big road for you?

01:14For all the young players. There are many restrictions for the young players because for me as a coach, I want my players to get educated,

01:24to do well off the pitch, like to focus on their diet, their rest and recovery, not to be on the phones for long.

01:34Because that is the only thing which helps, I mean fluctuates the performance of the player.
