00:00...related lawsuits, fighting to protect the ballot and make sure that our elections are

00:05more secure.

00:07We are building our field, data, digital, and communications teams, which give us a winning

00:13edge.

00:14And the RNC is going into the second half of the year with over $80 million cash on hand,

00:20giving the president and his team the war chest that they will need heading into the

00:24midterm election cycles.

00:27And can we take just a second to honor and thank our fantastic finance chair, Vice President

00:33J.D. Vance, for the great work that he's been doing and being here yesterday.

00:45To accomplish our goal of expanding those majorities, President Trump has wholly endorsed Joe Gruters

00:53to serve as our next RNC chairman.

00:57Joe is a true conservative fighter, and he's been a steadfast ally of President Trump's

01:07since day one.

01:09During his time as the chair of the Republican Party of Florida, Joe was successful in getting

01:14out the vote and protecting the ballot.

01:17He led the transformation of Florida from a purple state to a red state, where they had

01:22a deficit of 400,000 voters to a 1.3 million voter Republican advantage.

01:31While I was building our get-out-the-vote and election integrity programs in North Carolina,

01:40Joe Gruters was building the same thing down in Florida.

01:44Don't just take my word.

01:46Take the president's word.

01:47He will not let you down.

01:51I'm also excited that President Trump has endorsed Jennifer Rich to be our new treasurer.

01:59Jennifer has served as the National Committee Woman of New York GOP and done a fantastic job

02:05serving on our Budget Committee.

02:07She has been a steadfast supporter of the president from the start and will be an absolutely fantastic

02:14treasurer.

02:15Jennifer, thank you.

02:20I know our party will be in great hands with this leadership team and our wonderful members

02:25of the 168.

02:27The thing that I have loved most about the RNC is the people.

02:31I have loved doing this work with you.

02:34I have a long list of thank yous, but with 168 members and over 100 staff, we could be

02:40here for a very long time.

02:44But I do want to thank our wonderful RNC Officers, Casey Crosby, Vicki Drummond, and of course Joe.

02:52Thank you to our wonderful Chief of Staff, Mike Ambrosini, and our incredibly talented senior

02:56staff.

03:25I also want to thank my partner in crime in North Carolina, Jason Simmons, who has been

03:32an ally since day one back in 2016.

03:36Jason and the state party in North Carolina are going to get pretty tired of me pretty quick,

03:41but I want to thank you for your leadership in the Old North State.

03:49Most importantly, I want to thank my wonderful wife, Suzanne.

03:52I think she's in the back somewhere.

03:56As well as my three amazing kids, Michael, George, and Mary Kate, I could not have done

04:03this without you.

04:05And finally, I want to thank President Trump.

04:08Truly.

04:09Being asked by President Trump to serve as the chair of the RNC and work alongside him,

04:15his team, and all of you has been an incredible honor.

04:20I am so proud of all that we have accomplished.

04:23As we turn the page, the road ahead is going to be long and hard fought.

04:29But we have an amazing team.

04:31We have great members of this committee.

04:34We have a strong movement, and we have the charge to make America great again.

08:31First and foremost, I want to thank my fellow members of the Republican National Committee,

08:39There are nine of you.

08:41Yes.

08:43There are personalized.

08:44There are nine of you who don't have jackets because I didn't make the communication in

08:48time, but I'm going to get you jackets in time.

08:52You just have to send me your sizes.

08:53But hopefully you'll wear those on a consistent basis, back it in your home states as a signal

09:00of unity, as a signal of leadership.

09:03The talent hours that you dedicate and the sacrifices you make and the commitment that

09:07you show to advancing our cause in every state, in every community, you are the engine of our

09:14party.

09:16The chairman, Michael Watley, again, he, we have giant shoes to fill.

09:22He's done such an incredible job as chairman.

09:26It's going to be hard to keep the pace that he has set.

09:30$84 million cash on hand.

09:32And to think about it right now, the Democrats have $15 million cash on hand.

09:37That doesn't mean that we're going to be able to rest or to slow down because we're going

09:42to have to continue to move as fast as we can.

09:44And Chairman Watley was called, when he was called by the president to serve as the next

09:52U.S. Senator of North Carolina, which he will win, all of us are going to make sure that

09:58he wins.

10:04He has been an incredible chairman.

10:07And I just want to say thank you for his leadership again and everything you've done for the party.

10:12And Godspeed for you in your efforts to be the next U.S. Senator from North Carolina.

10:29the entire RNC team, your leadership will help us build the strongest, most energized Republican

10:43And I tell everybody I hope to have as good of a relationship that you had with the chairman

10:48moving forward with you.

10:50She is everywhere.

10:52Just like Michael Watley was everywhere, Casey Crosby has taken this job very seriously.

10:58She has been everywhere, and she deserves a round of applause for everything that she's

11:01done for our party.

11:09And of course, none of us would be here without the vision and courage.

11:13She has been here without the vision and courage of President Donald J. Trump.

11:17His movement reshaped American politics and brought millions of working men and women into

11:26our party.

11:27Mr. President, thank you for the faith in me and for everything you do to fight for America's

11:33future.

11:34Today is not about one person.

11:36It is about our mission.

11:37The midterms are ahead, where we must expand our majority in the House and the Senate and

11:42continue electing Republicans nationwide.

11:46And then we march forward towards the presidential election, where the stakes cannot be higher.

11:52The Democrats want open borders, socialist policies, and weak leadership.

11:57We want strong families, secure communities, and American greatness.
