00:00And Sam, what were the biggest challenges you faced at sea?
00:04Because we heard that from Adam and it seemed pretty extreme in all the all the training involved.
00:09So tell us more, Sam.
00:13Yes, I'd say it was the elements that were quite challenging.
00:18We had a lot of hot weather at the start and then some pretty stormy weather towards the end.
00:25It got a little bit colder. So elements were a big factor.
00:30And also, I'd say sort of like keeping infections down as well and keep yourself clean and whatnot.
00:36So it's really important to to look after yourself and just be aware of of the elements.
00:42So that was probably the hardest part.
