00:45have to say about that I genuinely want to say that I've been at the launches of things and I've

00:51been at those places where he's shown us what he's going to do next but I'm here today we're

00:56handing over the actual allotment of the houses to the people who have been who applied for it and

01:02who want a house and I just think it's it's seeing a whole journey right I think this is this event

01:07today is a full circle for me yeah they're from concept to visualizing to execution and now finally

01:22day I think buying a house is an emotion very for any family I think a lot of families have come

01:33style design and all of that so anything that you would like to say for all the proud homeowners today

01:39who are going to go back home with this big win today I came and I've seen my whole line of cars on

01:44both sides of the road which is just going on and on I'm so I'm sure the enthusiasm is already

01:52evident before you enter this property but no like I said a house is very personal here up when you walk

01:58into a house it should feel like this is where I want to live it is you're gonna be the rest of your

02:04life of course and if people here have identified the nest studios as their house I mean that's just an

02:10emotion that's so pure and so personal yeah but I'm happy to be here and celebrate that talking

02:15about personal so of course nest has its own USP it's special if I ask you today if you were to buy

02:23nest perhaps what would be that one USP non-negotiable feature that perhaps you are like this is like me

02:30this is my personal life I like a balcony and I like a balcony that's overlooking nothing not somebody

02:37else's bedroom and house because that's the problem these days every every house you're trying to

02:42live in your windows cannot open because you're looking into somebody else's house but you just

02:46look at this this is just it's open fake there's greenery all around there's just nothing for

02:52everywhere yeah that for me is like a non-niposhi yeah I need to open my window and just see the sky

02:58and have wind coming here birds chirping see green I need that I need that nature so for me I completely agree

03:05because I think we are a part of that hustle bustle as it is so nice yeah yeah so I think that's

03:10something which is not just her USP I think it's for all of us having said that one thing that you

03:15would like to say about Ace because we know that you've been a part of the family since you know so

03:19many years anything that you would like to say to the family I've actually been to an Ace's fifth sixth

03:23event now and every time I come I see a different project being visualized and I look at how massive it is

03:30and I'm like I don't know when it will be and in two years it's there and I'm back opening it and I'm

03:36like it's gone and I swear to you what I saw in AV or what I saw in the model exactly the same thing

03:43yeah so I think the two things that I would definitely think is their plus point is they deliver on the

03:49vision so you can trust them fully and two is the fact that they actually executed and achieve it in

03:55that time frame I ask kuch cheez sochna or uswe banana mein itna vakt lakta hai but they do it

04:01yeah their turnaround time is great their trustability is great and you get a quality product yeah so I

04:06think all of this for me is why Ace is Ace all right on that note Nushrat I think we have just had a
