00:12All Indian entrepreneurs, they want to launch, naturally they will go to Silicon Valley.

00:25Failure and success, we have to take into a positive way and then move forward.
00:32This is where we are bringing now venture capital, mentoring, you name anything, integration.
00:44Stanford is the best example for all of you, all Purdue, Stanford, every university.
00:51There is a proper integration with the public policy makers.
00:59In India, unfortunately, that gap still exists.
01:04Even today, our IITs are doing very well.
01:08But at the same time, what all they are involved, politicians are not adopting for their public policies.
01:18This is the integration I want to bring here.
01:21All of us pretty much know the leadership and vision of Sri Chandra Bhavan Noyarguro.
01:27I have witnessed it for the last several decades.
01:30Initially, when he created the whole IT movement in Hyderabad.
01:34And the commitment, the speed with which developed the erstwhile combined state to be a leader in information technology.
01:45Had the opportunity to work closely with him in those days.
01:48And now in the new state, in the last 14 months, the number of initiatives that he has spun off.
01:55And the opportunity that we have had to associate ourselves to participate in his vision is truly extraordinary.

02:25Innovation doesn't come because we spend money on technology.
02:28And then everybody will become innovative.
02:30Innovative is a culture. Innovation is a culture.
02:32We can always find startups and people who want to solve a problem and there are many problems.
02:38You want to solve problems which are national, regional, local, global.
02:42There are so many problems to solve.
02:45Our people can do it.
02:46I have no doubt that the capability is there.
