01:37Well, I think that, as you know, Jerry, Brazil have the Indians side on Peru,
01:41and I think it would be a good catch for Brazil to have a goal early on, to try and hustle them,
01:45and get a psychological advantage by possibly getting an early goal.
01:49Right, Batista wearing 17, plays a sort of sweeper in front of the back four to Mendoza,
01:53giving it to right-back Toninho, who loves to get down the right in attacking positions.

06:21Certainly with Cerezo, who's taking over now one of the successes of this Brazil side.
06:26Over Roberto, I said, and aimed for Diazio, one of Brazil's problems in the earlier games
06:31was that he couldn't seem to get support for the players going forward.

08:54And he could really be a problem for full-backs who love to commit themselves to attack.

12:17But every time Muniente gets the ball, there's always just somebody breathing down his neck.

12:28Yes, it was a pity, Jerry, because the first, as you see, the first 10 minutes of the game, Brazil have had the ball and kept it.
12:34And psychologically, I think they had the edge on them here.
12:37And then to lose a player at this stage, it's quite a big blow to them.
12:41The man who came on was the Jose Navarro, wearing 14, 29-year-old full-back, lot of experience, lost his place to the Britten's right-back, just before the final started.
12:50So, he knows what he's on in that position.
12:53There goes La Rosa down the middle, looking for the quick ball, now drifting back into the middle.
13:02That was aimed into space, I think, for Muniente, but Leal had no problem at all.
13:07And Peru, backing off quickly, giving Toninho a chance to go forward.

13:23Of course, these two sides, great rivals, but the last international that Peru had before they came into the final was a 3-0 defeat against Brazil.
13:41That's a cross by Neto that Roberto was aiming for, but he wasn't pulled back enough.
13:46So, in the space of just over a year, Brazil have beaten Peru twice.

14:03Roberto, the centre-forward, is pretty immobile, but Roberto going for one here.
14:08And, got himself into a good position, the goalkeeper down fast.
14:12Roberto, the man they call dynamite, first shot he's had.

14:29From the sort of distance where the optimistic Brazilians perhaps like to have a go, but Roberto, who's the most powerful man on the free kicks, is going up front, he's not getting involved.
14:41And, on his left is Jorge Mendoza, I think they're good with a right foot.

15:04Oh, it's a fantastic goal.
15:10What a great bit of play there by Derseo.
15:13Even Rivellino would have been proud of that one.

15:26I don't think the goalkeeper had a chance there yet, there was a marvellous bend on the ball, and it was always going to weigh up away from the goalkeeper.
15:32Well, it seemed as if there was time for Peru to get that one organised, they knew what the possibilities were, they know these players backwards, and they know that Derseo can hit them well with the left foot, but, the goalkeeper, Quiroga, was well away from that one, and it's a marvellous start for Brazil.

15:56No game they've played here in Argentina, they've got as good a start as that.
15:59And, they've got a free-kick there.
