00:00Iran says it will continue talks with nuclear watchdog IAEA amid mounting tensions and a month-long standoff over inspections.
00:09Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ismail Bagai says a new round of negotiations with the International Atomic Energy Agency, or IAEA, is expected to begin in the coming days.
00:20IAEA inspectors haven't had access to Iran's nuclear sites since June, since Israel and the US bombed them.
00:31Tehran claims a report from the nuclear watchdog, released in May, paved the way for those strikes and triggered the IAEA Board of Governors to formally accuse Iran of breaching its nuclear obligations.
00:42Iran has repeatedly denied it is developing nuclear weapons, insisting it remains committed to the Non-Proliferation Treaty, which limits nuclear work to peaceful users.
00:53Last month, Tehran enacted a law suspending cooperation with the IAEA.
00:57Under the new rules, the IAEA must get clearance from Iran's Supreme National Security Council before conducting any future inspections.
