00:00now let's start today we are going to make an authentic amrazari dish pannier
00:14passanda this is a very popular dish all over punjab in this video i will show you how you can
00:19make this delicious dish at your home so let's start without wasting any time first we need to
00:24make a paste of ginger garlic and green chili for that take ginger garlic and green chili peel and
00:31chop the ginger and garlic and then mash them with the help of a potato matcher after that add chopped
00:35green chili and mix it well now turn on the gas and take a pan add two tablespoon of oil to the pan
00:41once the oil is heated add this paste to the pan now stir it continuously for five minutes on medium
00:46flame keep stirring it so that the raw smell of the ginger goes away after five minutes turn off the
00:51gas and our marinated ginger garlic and green chili is ready now we need to add paneer to it to make
00:57this dish i am using 250 grams of paneer cut the paneer into small pieces and add it to this
01:02marinated mixture now mix it well make sure that each piece of panier is coated well with the mixture
01:08now again turn on the gas and take a pan add one tablespoon of oil to the pan once the oil is heated
01:14add this panier to it now fry the panier on medium flame keep stirring the panier so that it does
01:19on stick to the bottom of the pan and it fries evenly after five minutes turn off the gas and
01:24our panier is ready now we need to make the gravy for this dish to make the gravy take a pan add one
01:29tablespoon of oil to the pan once the oil is heated add one teaspoon of cumin seeds to it now let's add
01:35one teaspoon of coriander powder one teaspoon of turmeric powder one teaspoon of red chili powder and
01:40one teaspoon of garam masala after that add one cup of water to it now let's add salt according to
01:46your taste mix it well and bring this mixture to a boil once the mixture starts boiling add two
01:51tablespoon of cream to it now stir it well and turn off the gas our delicious and creamy gravy is ready
01:56now we need to assemble the dish to assemble this dish take a baking dish add half of the gravy to
02:02the baking dish after that add half of the paneer pieces to it now repeat the layer add the remaining
02:07gravy to it and then add the remaining panier to it now decorate it with some coriander leaves now our
02:12panier banda is ready to be baked to bake this we will use my panasonic oven toaster grill set the
02:17oven to grill mode and bake this for 10 minutes on the broil setting you can also bake it in a
02:22preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius for 10 to 12 minutes once the timer ends take it out and serve
