00:00If you want to moonwalk, start with one foot flat and the other on its toes.
00:05While your heel stays lifted, the flat foot glides straight back across the floor.
00:11Now it looks like your raised foot is moving,
00:14but it actually stays in place while your flat one slides on the floor.
00:18And as it moves, your body stays completely level.
00:22Then you switch your feet.
00:23The sliding foot rises onto its toe and the other drops flat.
00:27Now that foot slides back just like the first.
00:31Then keep repeating.
00:32One foot glides, the other lifts.
00:34And as your legs move, the rest of you looks like it's floating in place.
