00:00I think through these cultural exchanges and events and mutual understandings
00:11we are also sharing very valuable experiences.
00:15Experiences in how to protect cultures, how to preserve languages,
00:20but also how to, as just stated, share stories through song, music, dance
00:27and these very precious languages.
00:31And as I just remarked to the chairman just now,
00:34I feel that I'm the only one in this room who can't sing.
00:39And instead have to bore you with a longer speech.
00:44But I was very inspired by both of the performances just now,
00:49the energy and the very robust spirit that these performances demonstrate.
00:56And I think at least within the Taiwan context,
01:00Indigenous peoples contribute to many areas of Taiwan's progress,
01:06including in music and in sports.
01:10And as the minister just announced, although that was not directly translated,
01:16He announced that Taiwan will also be hosting the World Indigenous Sports Games
01:22Later on this year.
01:28And that is also a very unique area where many Indigenous peoples have contributed
01:34and made us all so very proud.
01:37And of course we hope that the WBN network of friends
01:41will be covering these Indigenous games again around the world
01:46and share with your communities while also having the best sports members
01:51from your communities also join us here in Taiwan.
01:56Of course these will not only be those sports that we commonly see in our broadcasting networks,
02:03but also some very traditional sports that have historically been part of Indigenous culture
02:10and internalize as part of our lives here in Taiwan.
02:16I am coming back now.
02:20I am coming back to the world.
02:28I am coming back to the world.
02:30I am coming back to the world for the world.
02:36Who are you expecting the results of our lives?
