00:34Umaabot ito ng 6.793 trillion pesos, mas mataas ng 7.4%

00:40kumpara sa 6.326 trillion pesos ngayong 2025.

00:46Alinsunod sa konstitusyon, pinakamalaki ang para sa Department of Education

00:50na nasa 928.5 billion pesos.

00:54For the first time, the budget for basic and higher education has been increased monumentally

01:01monumentally to meet UNESCO's recommended education spending target of at least 4% of the country's GDP.

01:13Sunod na pinakamataas ang hinihingin budget para sa Department of Public Works and Highways

01:40Halos 300 billion pesos naman ang hinihingin pondo para sa Department of National Defense.

01:47Sa mahigit 10 billion pesos naman na hinihingin confidential at intelligence funds,

01:53pinakamalaki ang mahigit 4 billion piso para sa Office of the President.

01:57Ito po ay bumaba from the GAA ng 1.35 billion pesos or 11.18%.

02:14On the part of the House, we'll assess it.

02:16There are certain agencies and offices that are allowed to have confidential intelligence funds based on necessity.

02:23Walang hinihinging confidential funds para sa Office of the Vice President,

02:27pero mas mataas ang total allocation para sa opisina kumpara sa 2025 budget nito.

02:35Halos 240 billion pesos ang hinihingi para sa agrikultura,

02:39kasama ang 10 billion pesos para sa 20 pesos kada kilong bigas.

02:44Sa 227 billion pesos namang hinihingin budget para sa social welfare,

02:49hindi nakasama ang ACAP o ayuda para sa kapos ang kita.

02:54May natitira pa pong pondo for 2025 and like I mentioned a while ago,

03:02we receive a total of 10 trillion pesos na proposal from agencies.

03:07And given our limited fiscal space, hindi pa po muna natin siya sinama.

03:14We will open the bicameral conference committee on the budget to the public and to the media.
