Smrtonosný let je napínavý akční thriller odehrávající se převážně v uzavřeném prostoru letadla. Lucas Reyes, bývalý agent tajné služby žijící v ústraní Bangkoku, dostane od své bývalé partnerky nabídku na poslední misi: ochránit hackera přezdívaného „Duch“ během letu do USA. Brzy však zjistí, že „Duch“ je ve skutečnosti letuška Isha, která vlastní důkazy proti mocnému technologickému gigantu. Na palubě se rozpoutá brutální boj s lovci odměn i zrádci z vlastních řad. Smrtonosný let kombinuje intenzivní akci, nečekané zvraty a napětí až do poslední minuty.
