00:04by his own twisted view of what justice is.

00:08He himself has subsumed the role of both IGP and prosecutor,

00:12deciding when someone should be prosecuted

00:15and whether or not an apology is enough or a crime has been committed.

00:19That is not something that should occur.

00:21Everyone has the right to fair trial.

00:23What happened in St. Arnold N. Pinang

00:26and what happened with UMNO Youth?

00:27In both instances were unintentional mistakes.

00:31It was a blunder made by parties involved.

00:33So, and that should be the end of the matter.

00:36And the apology is all that is warranted.

00:38These are not the only recent incidents that have occurred.

00:40Even the government themselves have made the mistake,

00:42but there was no similar furor.

00:45There were no calls for a protest in front of government buildings.

00:51The fact of the matter is, Ackmal is a member of UMNO

00:54and UMNO is part of the unity government.

00:56This is not some random stranger shouting by the roadside.

01:00This is someone within the government itself stirring up racial tension.

01:05And the fact that the unity government is not doing anything about it

01:08really brings the question, their dedication to keeping the peace and harmony in Malaysia.
