These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
Every weekend, I have online and offline meetings with some of my international group associates and some of my factions of government/corporation official and politician friends. They are anti corruption, pro global exposure, and anti gangstalking perpetrators and other types of collaborators. They often provide feedback on how to hit the various uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators. The perps have perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buidlings.
My official friends can be very strategic and big picture in their worldviews. I was told those people and things connected to the perps are liabilities and could be weaponized by various international nice and/or nasty organizations and their worldwide adherents. Everything is globally decentralized, so it will be difficult to find out who is link to whom across international jurisdiction boundaries, and different organizations. Everything is open sourced in the wide open jungles of internet fame.
Being a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a major political party, former apartment building owner landlord's kid, former sports arena entertainment crowd control staff, means that I have a lot of experience in understanding how psychology, patterns, and sizing up people functions. I can almost get inside people's head and understand them more than they understand themselves. Their personality traits can be used to manipulate the perps. I totally agree with the insights of my official and politician friends.
I had recent communications with some of my international group associates and we talk and share stuff. Some of my international group associates praised by skills and joked that I may as well be the "Minister of Propaganda". They said all forms of sales, marketing, promotions, public relations, customer relations management, perception management, self promotion, etc, are just different adaptation of the methods of propaganda techniques. This is true in every city, country, and society, or organization.
Carefully watch the video images at the Shell gas station in the day time, and the night time McDonald's parking lot and drive through. Watch the loitering body language very closely and zoom in to take screen still photographs for further international distribution.
I am rather flattered by my international group associates and my faction of official and politician friends referring to me as the "Minister of Propaganda". Propaganda methods can be used for good or evil just like any kind of tool. It all depends on which side you align with. Are you for equality/justice or for corruption?
