00:00You get about 4,000 weeks on this planet. That's it. And by the time you're 18,
00:05you've already burned through 1,000 of them. So now what?
00:10Most people waste their life waiting, waiting to feel ready, waiting to have more money,
00:15waiting for some day. But some day isn't on the calendar, is it? And even if it was,
00:20most of us would still skip it. Because the truth is, you don't feel how short life is
00:25until it's already happened. You don't realize your childhood is gone until it's been gone for
00:30years. You think you have time, but what you really have is a habit of putting things off.
00:35Let me show you something. This is a phone. You've probably checked it 20 times today without
00:40thinking. Scroll, tap, swipe. Hours vanish, one notification at a time. And this is your brain.
00:46It's wired to seek comfort, not meaning. So the more you choose distraction, the less you build
00:52focus. The more you chase easy, the less you chase growth. And when you're not uncomfortable,
00:57you're usually not growing. So no, life isn't short because of age. Life is short because we
01:02live the same day on repeat and call it a life. Wake up, scroll, work, crash, repeat. And all those
01:08little days, they add up. They become the blur you call your 20s, your 30s, your life.
01:14But life, that's a very limited life. Life can be much broader once you discover one simple fact.
01:21And that is everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter
01:27than you. And you can change it. You can influence it. You can build your own things that other people
01:34can use. So instead of planning to live later, call the person, post the cringe video, send the pitch,
01:39start that business, sign up for the class, book the damn flight. You get one shot at this. Don't wait
01:45for permission. Don't wait to feel ready. So if you're still watching, I think you know what to do.
