00:00It's like living a nightmare. Every day is just dreadful. You go to bed thinking where is he?

00:06You wake up thinking where is he? Has he lost his memory? Does he not know where we are?

00:12So myself and my partner come up here every week at least just looking in case he turns back up here.

00:19He went missing on the 23rd of February. Obviously it's the months are dragging by now

00:25and there's been no further sighting of him since that day.

00:28I got the phone call from my mother to say he'd gone missing and my brothers first of all drove up before me

00:35with their thermal imaging cameras to help look for him because it was dark and stormy

00:41and I came up then and got here about one o'clock in the morning.

00:44By that time the coastcards and the police were all out looking for him as well.

00:50Yeah we got here at 11 o'clock at night. He'd been obviously missing since 7 o'clock that evening.

00:54Obviously the police then came about half an hour later but we searched with the thermal into the sea

00:59on the coastline into the dunes in case we could find him.

01:02And then obviously the police and the coastcards came down with their helicopter and things.

01:06Obviously initially you think oh maybe he's just ran off and he'll turn back up in an hour's time but

01:11as the sort of hours went by you know he got more sort of concerned that maybe he sort of went into the sea in the storm.

01:17Look everyone's still devastated I mean my son he's very close to Ashley he's only eight and

01:24um he just keeps asking where his uncle is and stuff and we just keep saying that he's at the

01:28moment he's missing because that's all we we know he's missing.

01:31He had been watching a football match at the Cambrian coast with his son they were in high spirits had some

01:37drink in him but they were they were um shown leaving this the caravan park on CCTV quite happy

01:44with each other at some point on the walk back they fell out um Riley um his son disappeared on him

01:52and um my my aunt came then in the car to pick them both up but of course Riley had gone then and Ashley was here

02:00she got Ashley in the car and they was heading to turn around to start looking for Riley and

02:05Ashley started panicking about his son being missing in the storm and he jumped out the car

02:10on by this track and the last time he was seen he was heading off down his track shouting he needed to

02:15look for his son. We're left in limbo we have no idea if he is alive or if he's dead it's just so

02:22hard to know what has happened to him we've not had a body to get closure obviously his son

02:29it was the last one to be with him and and he he blames himself for the night he went missing which

02:34is not his fault um and his daughter is just trying to get through it as best she can. Just if anybody's

02:41got any knows anything has seen him if they just get in touch there was a possible sighting six weeks

02:48after he went missing but nothing's come of that at all. We're still even looking for items of clothing

02:54that might wash up or anything aren't we. Yeah.
