Fire hits residential area in Tondo, Manila

A fire broke out in a residential area near the vicinity of Aroma Compound along Road 10 in Barangay 105, Tondo, Manila, on Wednesday, August 6.

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the blaze escalated quickly and reached Task Force Charlie status as of 10:59 a.m.

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno immediately proceeded to the scene to personally assess the situation, oversee evacuation efforts, and ensure that affected residents receive immediate assistance. (MB Video by John Louie Abrina)
