00:07I could eat this one every day. Weight update
00:09I actually lost a full pound this week and I made a couple little changes. Well, I wouldn't call them changes
00:14But I'm counting my steps. I'm trying to hit 10,000 steps a day
00:17So like no matter what if I'm missing like 2,000 steps
00:20I'll just jump on the treadmill at nighttime and get them and it's made a big difference
00:24I'm losing weight and I'm feeling great and I'm just counting steps and it's working and my hats off to you guys
00:29Cuz a bunch of people asked me how many steps I walk and I wasn't sure why that was relevant
