The Rocking Horse shop Fangfoss celebrate its 50th anniversary

00:00My name is Lynne, I'm the manager at the Rocking Horse shop here in Fangfoss.

00:04Welcome to our showroom, we're really, really full at the moment.

00:08So we've been hand crafting rocking horses since 1976,

00:12so we're coming up to our 50th year in business which we're very excited about.

00:18So whilst we specialise in hand crafting bespoke rocking horses,

00:22we're equally as busy with restorations.

00:25Some horses we restore are over 100 years old

00:28and have been in the family for at least that length of time.

00:32We also give people the opportunity to do carving horses with us

00:36and to make their own rocking horses as well.

00:39So anything from a basic plan to a timber kit

00:42and all the accessory sets you can get from us at the Rocking Horse shop.

00:46Really proud to be made in Britain and to be made in Yorkshire

00:50and we welcome people to our site to come and see our showroom

00:54and come and see the ladies working in leather work

00:57and the gentlemen working down in woodworking.
