00:27representing the Judgment Day,

00:32the team of Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez.

00:45And their opponents, they are the Women's Tag Team Champions.

00:57The team of Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair.

01:07Pretty cool night here tonight on Monday Night Raw.

01:09We got the Women's Tag Team titles now.

01:11Our main event still to come later tonight.

01:12Seth Rollins, LA Knight for the World Heavyweight Championship.

01:17So this will be the third time that these teams have battled over the past month for the Tag Team titles.

01:27The Judgment Day successful at Evolution in the Fatal 4-Way match.

01:31And then of course it's SummerSlam.

01:33Alexa and Charlotte taking the titles away from Judgment Day.

01:36I think this matchup may tell us more about the team of Bliss and Flair than anything that we have seen thus far.

01:42Now that you hold the championships, your strategy generally changes.

01:46You compete differently when you're trying to retain as opposed to dethrone reigning champions.

01:51Raquel Rodriguez will start the matchup for her team.

01:56Interesting choice to have Alexa start things off for the Tag Champs against the much bigger and more powerful Raquel.

02:02Well, Alexa Bliss has made a career out of defying expectations.

02:06I don't know if I'd be spending this much time pandering to the WWE Universe, so.

02:13Well, they're enjoying the newfound adulation.

02:18You can enjoy the adulation after the bell rings for the end of the match.

02:23Time to get down to business.

02:25I don't like this one bit.

02:28It's gonna come back to bite, bliss and flair, I'm telling you right now.

02:35So Raquel and Alexa squaring off.

02:37Women's tag team titles are up for grabs.

02:40Okay, we're underway now with this women's tag team title match.

02:52Alexa Bliss, Raquel Rodriguez starting things off for their respective teams.

02:56Corey, how did the former champions win the gold back tonight?

03:00Listen, I think the Judgment Day are perhaps more on the same page than the Cardinals.

03:04Of course, I'm talking about Perez and Rodriguez tag made.

03:08This is what they need to do.

03:09Stick to their guns, stick to their game plan.

03:11Cut the rig in half, quick tags in and out.

03:14It served them extremely well up until SummerSlam.

03:16And I know for a fact that Roxanne and Raquel want to prove that SummerSlam was just a fluke.

03:21The prodigy, Roxanne Perez now going right after Alexa Bliss.

03:25Raquel Rodriguez, five-time tag team champion, more than any woman in history.

03:32Alexa Bliss, however, Corey, now a four-time tag team champion.

03:36We know, again, that Alexa has had success in the tag team division in the past.

03:41But tag team chemistry is a tricky thing.

03:43It's funny.

03:44Sometimes it comes out of nowhere.

03:45Sometimes it's unconscious.

03:47Sometimes you can work and work and work and you just can't find the same chemistry.

03:51And again, we've got another championship match coming your way tonight.

03:54It's for the World Heavyweight Title.

03:56Seth Rollins.

03:57Look at this.

03:58Versus LA Night Live here on Raw.

04:00And I don't know if it'll be that particular instance, but you get a few of those mistakes.

04:04A few incidents of miscommunication that can fracture a team worse than anything.

04:09Tag made to Raquel, and the queen does not like not being in control.

04:17Charlotte, a 13-time world champion.

04:22Waste lock on Raquel, who delivers an elbow to the bridge of the nose.

04:27Charlotte with a shoulder tackle, Raquel still on her feet, and now floors Charlotte with one of her own.

04:33It might be something of an unpopular opinion, but I think Raquel Rodriguez is doing the best work

04:38we've seen from her in her WWE tenure recently.

04:41And I think a lot of that credit is due to Roxanne Perez.

04:44A level of comfort we're seeing out of Raquel.

04:46A confidence that maybe she was lacking in the past.

04:49I also think the fact that her former partner Liv Morgan left with injury,

04:52that shoulder injury that's kept Liv out for a number of months,

04:55has forced Raquel to step up as well.

04:58Would agree with that.

04:59Now Flair.

05:00Charlotte sends Raquel across the ring.

05:03Charlotte Flair's first match on Monday Night Raw tonight.

05:07In four years, Alexa Bliss hasn't competed on this show in two and a half.

05:13So a rare treat for Monday nights.

05:15Raquel able to put the brakes on using her power to thwart Charlotte's plan.

05:22And here comes Roxanne Perez.

05:24Another incredible 20-25, which started out at the Royal Rumble.

05:29Lasted longer than any woman in history in that matchup.

05:32Out to the apron.

05:37Raquel with a boot.

05:38And now one to Roxanne.

05:39Look at Raquel on the outside tying up.

05:42Charlotte.

05:43And the champ goes down.

05:45Here comes the prodigy.

05:47And Roxanne with a suicide dive.

05:49Taking Charlotte out.

05:51And the ex-champs looking great so far.

05:54The Judgment Day wants that gold, those championships back inside of their clubhouse.

06:05And this is a great way to start things off for the former champs, Perez and Rodriguez.

06:10Yeah, Dominic's still the Intercontinental Champion within the Judgment Day.

06:13Finn and JD still the men's tag champs.

06:18Roxanne just so wise beyond her years, Corey.

06:23The prodigy is the most appropriate nickname anybody could think of.

06:27Perez moves like a veteran.

06:29She thinks like a veteran.

06:30She's been in high pressure situations and shown over and over again that she thrives in those situations.

06:37And there's never any panic in Roxanne Perez.

06:40And that's a game changer.

06:41It's one of the toughest things to do in the heat of battle, whether it be in a WWE ring, boxing,

06:46any sort of combat sport, to maintain your composure.

06:49And Charlotte right to the back of the knee.

06:51And Roxanne Perez runs into a boot.

06:54Roxanne goes down as well.

06:56And Charlotte will make the tag and here comes Bliss.

06:58And Alexa and Charlotte now.

07:03Cover to retain.

07:08And a kick out.

07:09Now, they were on the same page there.

07:12Definitely, but one successful tandem maneuver does not a successful duo make.

07:18Drop kick, down goes Raquel.

07:20Alexa firing up now.

07:24Tries Raquel out to the apron and out to the floor.

07:27Now, Bliss, cannonball, caught by Raquel.

07:34The power now of Rodriguez.

07:37And driving Alexa into the barricade and into the Time Keepers area.

07:42And a big boot of floor, Bliss.

07:44The challengers are in control and looking good.

07:50And I cannot tell you how impressed that I have been with Raquel and Roxanne over the past

08:05couple of months since they started teaming together.

08:08I'd love to help you Alexa, but not my job.

08:10And Alexa now sent back into the ring.

08:12And Raquel, cover, opportunity to win the Tag Team Gold and a kick out at two.

08:19This is what I was talking about when I was referring to the confidence we're seeing

08:26out of Raquel Rodriguez.

08:28Right now she's in no rush, no hurry, very methodical in her movements,

08:32has slowed the pace of this match down.

08:34And in doing so, has taken the crowd out of the equation.

08:37Yeah, and forcing Charlotte to watch her pummel her partner Alexa Bliss.

08:42And the fact that Charlotte and Bliss are not quote unquote cover here.

08:47Cover again, hooks both legs this time, stacks up Bliss and forces her to kick hard.

08:51The fact that Flair and Bliss are not friends can actually be a benefit in a situation like

08:55we just saw, with Alexa being trapped in a submission.

08:58Charlotte, of course, doesn't want her partner to submit, doesn't wanna lose the gold,

09:02but also doesn't feel that emotional attachment to her partner.

09:05And look at Roxanne just having her way with Alexa Bliss here.

09:08There's the main street of the Prodigy.

09:11One second.

09:12I mean, she can be as nasty as they come.

09:15Taking a little page out of Alexa Bliss' old playbook,

09:23just a little disrespect from the Prodigy.

09:26The problem with Perez is she knows she's good.

09:31How's that a problem?

09:33Well, I guess it creates the attitude, right?

09:38And now look at, again, Roxanne just having her way with Bliss.

09:44And just right in front of Charlotte.

09:47Perez knows what she's doing right now.

09:50Roxanne's trying to get under Charlotte Flair's skin.

09:53We know how highly emotional Flair tends to get in high pressure situations.

09:58Nobody is better at channeling that emotion than Charlotte Flair.

10:01But that's what Perez is trying to do, try to get under Charlotte's skin.

10:05They have great tag team chemistry here by the Judgment Day,

10:08frequent tags in and out, wearing their opponent down,

10:11not allowing Charlotte to tag into this matchup.

10:14Here we go, it's working.

10:16The Judgment Day strategy is working.

10:19Yeah, causing Charlotte Flair to lose her temper and allows a double team in the corner

10:23as the official Jessica Carr is dealing with Flair.

10:26And expect to see Roxanne and Raquel continue to chip away.

14:24I like the urgency we're seeing from the challengers understanding this may be your

14:28only shot.

14:29And there's the cold screw elbow by Raquel.

14:34And Alexa Bliss just breaks up the three count.

14:38Bliss had a lot of ground to cover to break up that fall.
