A disturbing video from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, has gone viral, showing a miscreant sexually assaulting a burqa-clad woman in broad daylight. The man approached from behind, groped her, and fled the scene.
Taking cognizance of the incident, Moradabad Police stated that the Nagfani police station in-charge has been instructed to investigate the matter and take appropriate legal action.
