09:55and intercept a passing speed boat
09:58they will have under a minute to swim 45 meters to reach their pickup point

20:07right overall a disappointing start if i'm honest you know three passes and the rest was pretty
20:14pathetic i mean they just looked like a shower shed there was no intensity there was no passion
20:18there was no nothing okay a few people are highlighting themselves number 10 big unit very confident
20:26he smashed it he preached it yeah he's up there at the top he seems respectful of the course doesn't
20:32he from from the off a good pass room number nine she was petrified absolutely petrified she left
20:39the platform and started trying to fly or swim in midair she was definitely better at flying than
20:45swimming yeah but you know what for her she overcome a lot 13 was a fail she gave up i felt she did i think
20:54she just felt like she weren't gonna make and just gave up didn't really keep going at it you could
21:00tell she was already being overwhelmed yeah it's just a demeanor at the minute he's under question with
21:05me yeah so we'll bring in 13 just to see where she's at what she's here for yeah now i've got two wet

21:42why are you here why am i here because this is what's that life so i'm opportunity
21:54to learn from the best and be pushed to my limits but do you want to learn from us yes stuff i do want
22:07to learn from you you seem to want to do things at your own pace okay when we're asking you to do
22:14things at a pace that is slightly uncomfortable like sprinting to a boat yeah does that mean you always
22:22want to fight against doing anything that's other than your set way of doing things not at all

23:03it so i was his pa yeah personal assistant um he always made me feel very special but it was no
23:11big deal i still just did my job and i didn't even fancy him that much at the beginning anyway
23:16on the first night i was with him i said to him you must do this all the time i thought i was just
23:20like a little bit of fun for him and he said to me no i've never done this before and he could have
23:24just said yeah i've had loads of girls we're just having some fun fine by me i know where i'm going in
23:29but so you had a relationship going on but what did you expect was going to happen i wasn't expecting
23:38anything from it the fact that he lied to me the whole time that pissed me off now this has happened
23:46then where did you find yourself i was unhappy with the way that i had been treated and so
23:51i didn't want to go around anymore um sort of carrying the secret rumors started spreading
23:59journalists started getting in touch and in the end i decided it's better if it comes from me so
24:03i gave an interview thinking it would be something and end up being something else and then i just spent
24:08a few years trying to see if i can get it back so you give this interview yeah it's out yeah worldwide
24:17news then you'd sort of disappeared which i'm i'm presuming was intentionally yeah i've really
24:25put it really far behind me right so i'm going to revisit a question
24:32what do you want to get from this course i want to grow from this course as a person i want to see
24:39how strong i can be and how far i can push myself but you know you can give more
24:44okay if you want to get a lot from this show us that you want to get a lot from it understood god
25:02i do look back at who i was back in my 20s the only focus is ever on the
25:16fucking beckham situation it felt unjust that my life was pretty hell and his career and his life
25:24just kept blossoming that didn't feel quite right still doesn't
25:31okay i think i've definitely taken most of the blame for what's happened
25:37rightly so it was part of my life but you know we were two and he was older than me and he was my boss

25:48you can't change the things that have happened is my attitude i just kind of roll my sleeves up and get
25:52on with it because everything that i've experienced has brought me to where i am today

28:04got full control let's go in the hostile world that we live in now we're looking for people who can
28:10step up show us grit and determination and basically do their country proud

29:59at least one hostage that we know about on this compound that's what he looks like the teams have

30:13to go onto the compound and clear the four buildings but what the recruits don't know
30:19is that two more people are being held captive who they must also rescue when you've cleared the

42:07complain never cry genuinely an angel my dad was a bit of a horrible bastard but he was my dad if
42:15that makes any sense he was you know he did a lot of things that were on the illegal side we didn't
42:21really see it until i was nine years old and you know beat me and my mom up pretty bad and um
42:28yeah life changed for me at nine years old really what changed like can you remember the emotions yeah
42:35i i changed i just went defensive we're very insular i wanted to fight more i wanted to prove i was
42:42tough prove i was cool because of how that made you feel at the time yeah it's a shame i was embarrassed
42:47yeah like now as older you understand but you like i say nine ten and then eleven i was a man of the
42:53house it seems like you used it as a sort of anchor point as a star point to drive on and look what
43:00you went and done fresh enough footballer for that amount of time yeah but i fucked up a lot along that
43:06way fucked up a lot of relationships obviously i went to jail as well um when i was 21. during your
43:13professional career yeah so what club you're at at wafford in the championship yeah so my um in february
43:21my dad in fact we found out my dad had cancer went out stupidly drinking with the lads to bury it get
