00:00I think this week it's been amazing that Surrey as a club at the ECB have recognised everything that he's done for English cricket

00:08as a player, as a coach, as a mentor, as a friend to the dressing room, to the game of cricket.

00:17And that was on behalf of our team really, to be honest.

00:20Everything that he's given to and sacrificed for English cricket is someone that's impacted my career personally a huge amount.

00:31And I think just this week the amount of love and support that's been for him and for his family

00:38and all the good that's come from it and the amount of money that's been raised as well, I think it's amazing.

00:45And it's special that sport can provide that.

00:47So, yeah, it was more than anything, it was just a thank you for everything that he's given the game of cricket,

00:56given English cricket on and off the field.
