00:00I think it was a very valuable game. We said before we started we want to make a step.

00:48players played 60 minutes, last week it was 45 and next week it's a new step. We want to build it

00:54up in that way. There's a lot of work to do but that's normal in the pre-season. They do it very

01:01well, all of them. The behavior of them is that they want to learn and if we say something they

01:07try to do it. They show that courage and I'm very happy with them because they help us. We miss some

01:14players and they help us that we can train in big numbers but also now that we can play a friendly

01:22match. I think a special moment was for Paula Tadai that she scored her first goal with the first team

01:29and I think also the first goal for Asia Milan because she played for another club. I think

01:35young players need this kind of games. What you have to do in high performance games and that helps them

01:43to think quickly and that's what I see. Some of them are training with us from the beginning of the

01:50season and they grow every day but it's also about them. They have an open mindset, a grow mindset that

01:56they want to learn.

01:57It's been a part of the beginning of the season and I'm in subentrata and from the

02:02panchina I studied a little bit the squadra avversary and then in the final minute I missed a goal and then

02:07with the second shot I'm in the immediate. I'm very happy to have contributed to this

02:12victory which is very important for this squadra which is really important for this squadra that

02:15is really doing great work and I'm sure that we will achieve some great objectives with all the

02:23society and at all levels. It's going very well, it's been an honor for me since the first day to

02:30today to train with a Serie A, with a first team of a great level, with a great society, with a

02:36very important story behind me and so it's been a very important step to a level that I didn't

02:43have ever reached and I'm very happy.
