00:00A new Rust game has officially been unveiled, but there is a catch and it isn't Rust 2. Rust is one

00:05of the most successful games on Steam with millions of monthly players enjoying this survival hit,

00:10so it was only a question of time when we would see the franchise expanding. The new announcement

00:14brings you a completely free version of the game to your phone. Officially revealed as Rust Mobile,

00:19this one is coming through a Tencent subsidiary and will feature the full Rust experience on the

00:23go. You'll spawn with nothing, fight off players and wild animals, and build bases in a fully

00:28explorable sandbox with dynamic weather, region-based biomes, and a real-time day-night cycle. And while

00:34the game costs around $40 on PC, it won't cost anything on mobile, so that most likely means

00:39that microtransactions might be lurking in the shadows. There are no details yet on that front,

00:44so we'll have to wait and see. Pre-registration is already open at rustmobile.com, and if you're
