Thailand's army brought military attachés from 23 countries as well as ambassadors and charge d'affaires from 11 countries to Sisaket province over the week to show the damages caused by Cambodian shelling in their recent clashes.
In Cambodia, the army told the observers that their Thai counterpart breached the July 29 ceasefire pact at least three times including detaining 20 of the Cambodian soldiers.
00:00The Royal Canadian Armed Forces abide by the ceasefire.
00:25No firing, no movement of troops or patrol, and of course the three, no adding troop or movement of troop around the border area.
00:39And what happened yesterday, starting at about 0800 here, was Thai soldier actually walking in, about six or seven of them, and they actually sit.
00:50They come and they just sit there, where we hold our, this is our territory, this is our sovereignty, and they just come and sit as shown in the picture.
01:02We ask them to leave, they will not leave until around 1800 last night that they went back.
01:10So this is another breach of the ceasefire. And the first case that was happening was at Chom Tê, Phnom Tà Chô, where they captured 20 of our soldiers, just like what the commander mentioned.
01:26And at the moment, we are asking an immediate release of this soldier, and we are working, the military regional are working together.
01:36We are going to move together.
01:38So this is the restaurant of Choms Tây-Den.
01:40We are joining the police at Choms Tây Dens.
01:42We have staff who have interviewed over 4 or 5 people.
01:45We have managed to share about this.
01:46Because it is what we are trying to do with real estate,
01:51and the real estate that has been made by the world's culture,
01:54because we have the people who have served as a citizen,
01:57and the people who have been working together.
01:59The aftermath result of the attacks by Cambodian forces which include fortunately very sad that include civilian targets as this is one of the places that you see that
02:28several Thai citizens lost their lives here and this is the reason that why we have to defend ourselves which we try our best to avoid clashes
