00:00Planes dropped aid from European countries and beyond into Gaza over the weekend,

00:07though both aid groups and Palestinians say changes have been only incremental.

00:12Dozens of tons of food and medical aid was dropped by Germany, France and Spain.

00:17Both Italy and the Netherlands are set to join efforts to airdrop aid into Gaza next week,

00:23according to the country's governments.

00:25However, officials warned that enough relief can only be provided by land.

00:31At least 18 people were killed by Israeli fire in Gaza, according to local hospitals,

00:36eight of whom were reportedly aid seekers.

00:39An Israeli strike also hit a family house in an area between Zaweda and Deir al-Bala,

00:44killing two parents and their three children, according to Gaza's health ministry.

00:49Another strike reportedly hit a tent where the displaced have sheltered in Kan Yunus,

00:53killing a mother and her daughter.

00:56Israel's military did not immediately respond to questions about the strikes or deaths.
