A startling whistleblower claim has exposed a top‑secret U.S. program called “Immaculate Constellation.”
This video examines allegations that the Pentagon created an Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) in 2017 to investigate Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs), recover alleged non‑human technology, and operate without congressional oversight, possibly for decades

00:00The report is quite extraordinary. It says that there is an unacknowledged special access
00:06program called Immaculate Constellation. Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're taking a closer
00:13look at Immaculate Constellation, an alleged beyond top secret U.S. government program that
00:19could finally reveal all about alien life, UAP sightings, extraterrestrial visitations,
00:24and a whole host of other apparently unexplained phenomena. The burden is on Congress to protect
00:31these brave individuals who are understandably scared to go public because they have had their
00:37security clearances, their professions, and in some cases, according to some people, their lives
00:42threatened. As we barrel toward the end of 2024, it is, to say the least, a busy period in the United
00:50States. The election is making its mark on history as one of the most bitterly contested
00:55of all time. But while Kamala Harris and Donald Trump take lumps out of each other on the public
00:59stage, there are other potentially hugely significant stories taking shape in the background. Stories
01:05that really could alter the history not just of America, but of the entire world. And they're
01:11grounded in one two-word phrase, Immaculate Constellation. A two-word program popped up in
01:17the international media in the past couple of days. And there's a lot of speculation about who knew
01:23what and when. So how did we get here? The public perception of unidentified anomalous phenomena,
01:29otherwise known as UAP and formerly known as UFOs, has undergone a massive shift in recent years.
01:35First came the headline-grabbing leaked videos beginning in 2017. Then came official recognition
01:41of those videos and others, culminating in the Pentagon's preliminary assessment report on UAP.
01:47which was published in June 2021.
01:50The videos of mysterious airborne objects have captured the public's attention.
01:54They're all going against the wind. The wind's 120 miles from the west.
01:58That report was extremely brief and very lacking in substance, however. Many were dissatisfied until
02:05the spotlight fell on David Grush, who, in 2023, testified before the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and
02:12Accountability. Grush, a former high-ranking intelligence official, claimed, among other
02:17things, that the U.S. government or sections of it was maintaining a huge but entirely hushed-up UAP
02:23program, which further involved the retrieval and reverse engineering of allegedly, quote,
02:28non-human technologies.
02:30You've said that the U.S. has intact spacecraft. You said that the government has alien bodies.
02:38I have to be careful to describe what I've seen firsthand and not in this environment.
02:43For a short while, Grush's hearing was big news, but then the clamor disappeared.
02:48The excitement leveled off, and most media outlets went quiet on the issue. Fast forward to today,
02:54though, a little over one year post-Grush, and enter Michael Schellenberger.
02:58Schellenberger is a highly respected investigative journalist. He's worked on a wide variety of
03:03stories and issues during his career, often with a particular interest in uncovering and
03:08challenging hidden abuses of power. On October 8, 2024, when he published a groundbreaking article,
03:14Schellenberger set his stall out against an alleged beyond-top-secret program called Immaculate
03:20Constellation. In his piece for Public and in subsequent interviews, Schellenberger claims
03:25to have met with another whistleblower from inside the U.S. government. As with Grush,
03:30the individual is said to be entirely credible. Although in order to protect his source,
03:35he gives no further information about them.
03:37I am in direct contact with the whistleblower. I have verified, I've interviewed the person
03:43several times. I have verified their credentials and who they are, either in government or as a
03:52government contractor. I'm not going to say which, just to keep the universe of potential positions
03:58large, as I'm also not revealing their gender or anything else about them to protect them.
04:03Importantly, Schellenberger does say that this person has written an extensive report to Congress
04:08after they came across proof of Immaculate Constellation, seemingly by accident. The
04:13claimant allegedly reveals that the program chiefly consists of a massive and until now
04:18unknown database of UAP sightings and records. The numbers involved are seemingly much higher than
04:24anything the U.S. intelligence community had previously revealed. The scope seemingly goes far
04:30beyond what even most of the U.S. government is aware of. Schellenberger highlights how he's
04:35especially concerned about the last part, because if true, it means that some sections of U.S.
04:40intelligence are effectively going rogue. They are manipulating and hoodwinking the system in
04:45order to withhold information from the government, which is very illegal.
04:49Your understanding is that Immaculate Constellation consists of the capability to detect, quarantine,
04:58and transfer UAP and alien reproduction vehicle collection incidents before they are observed
05:07and circulated within the military intelligence enterprise, thus serving as a means of enforcing
05:14internal information security.
05:16More specifically, it's alleged that Immaculate Constellation is an unacknowledged special access
05:22program or U.S. AP. Broadly, these are programs about which it actually is legally permissible
05:29for certain figures to deny knowledge if they're ever questioned in the public sphere. However,
05:34everyone working in and for the U.S. government is still constitutionally obliged to be straight
05:39with Congress, and at least with the highest-ranking select group of Congress, known as the Gang of Eight.
05:44There are laws in place to ensure that no one person or group can just make up their own rules,
05:50including in relation to USAPs. But with Immaculate Constellation, it's alleged that those laws have
05:56been broken. It's said that the UAP database is fed and managed and known of only by a small number
06:02of intelligence agents. It could be said that it's all handled entirely and truly off the record.
06:08So for me, this is first and foremost a story about abuses of power. You might think that what
06:15people are seeing, these UAPs, are just new military craft and it should be kept secret from
06:21the American people. That's fine if you think that. But they still are required by the Constitution to
06:27inform members of Congress about those programs.
06:30Beyond claims of an extensive UAP database, what else is being suggested?
06:35Another key term that features in the early reporting is alien reproduction vehicles, or ARVs.
06:41Although the history of this term is dubious even among ufologists,
06:45Schellenberger raises it in relation to his source specifically.
06:49Alien reproduction vehicle, I don't think I've ever, I'm not sure I've used that term before.
06:54It's obviously going to raise a lot of eyebrows. And I should stress that I'm not saying I know that
07:00they exist or that I'm endorsing any other part of the things that have been said about that. But
07:05indeed, that is what this person has put in their report to members of Congress, notifying them about
07:12this database.
07:13ARVs, if they exist, are U.S. owned and operated machines or entities which run via non-human technology
07:19and or propulsion.
07:20The apparent allegation here is that there are people within the U.S. authorities who not only
07:25have knowledge of UAPs, but have also had access to them and have been successful in reverse
07:31engineering them to their own needs. Again, it's suggested that all of that has happened and
07:36perhaps has been happening for decades without Congress ever having even an inkling of the truth.
07:42Schellenberger further reveals limited details about alleged specific events that are and were in
07:47some way recorded by the Immaculate Constellation program, according to his source.
07:51For example, in an interview on Reality Check with Ross Coulthart for NewsNation, he refers to
07:56a UAP encounter in which a US F-22 fighter jet was suddenly surrounded by approximately three to
08:02six UAPs, at which point it's suggested that the UAPs showed aggression and domination in order
08:08to force the plane to change course.
08:09I mean, the first most obvious thing you're struck by with that particular case is that this technology
08:18or form of life or whatever it is, adversary, is demonstrating dominance.
08:25In another case, Schellenberger says that his source reports a glowing orange orb that was
08:30witnessed by multiple U.S. Navy personnel. It's said that once the orb had passed, they all described
08:36being left with a deep sense of unease within themselves.
08:39And so I was impressed to see that that had been properly documented by whoever it was in the
08:47U.S. military that had done the interviews with the crew to describe these hypnotic effects.
08:53In the same interview, Schellenberger took aim at what he deemed to be a decades-long,
08:58concerted effort by some arms of the U.S. government to ridicule UFO claimants in the past.
09:02It may be that this stance was initially designed purely to discredit those people via character
09:08assassination. But again, and as mentioned at the top of this video, the public view and mood has
09:13undergone a big shift in recent times. Nevertheless, Schellenberger is keen to stress how scared
09:19would-be whistleblowers often are. David Grush is on the record saying that people have been killed.
09:25I don't have evidence of that. I'm not, that's not my claim. I'm saying that's what he said. I've
09:30certainly seen other people say it. I did do a whole story last year on UAP witnesses and
09:37whistleblowers reporting threats, including death threats, not just in the United States, but around
09:42the world. I find those witnesses credible. And while his article is predominantly based on a
09:48report submitted by just one unknown person, it's said that there are many, many similar cases,
09:54that there are multiple individuals with a similar story to tell, having come across evidence of the
09:59Immaculate Constellation program in one way or another. But it fits into the parameters of the
10:04program that he describes, is that this Immaculate Constellation uses a lot of different kinds of
10:10platforms to collect UFO, USO, UAP type imagery and collates it into one place. Is that right?
10:18Yeah. For Schellenberger, the fact that there is so much fear surrounding the question of whether
10:23they should or shouldn't speak out is another crucial takeaway from his investigation. He says
10:28that much more needs to be done by Congress to protect whistleblowers in general. The fear is so high
10:34that it's even been suggested that anyone who even searches the term Immaculate Constellation could
10:39find themselves under surveillance by the very same intelligence groups that are allegedly dodging
10:44Congress and breaking the law. Reacting to Schellenberger's article in an episode of their
10:49podcast Weaponized, Jeremy Korbel and specifically George Knapp further referred to keyword search
10:54analysis, which reportedly shows that the words Immaculate Constellation have only ever spiked
10:59once before. In and around the time that David Grush was first going public in 2023,
11:04Dig into looking for Google searches for that term, where it's popped up before. And it popped
11:10up when Dave Grush came forward. When he gave his testimony, suddenly the name of this Immaculate
11:15program, there's a spike. Immaculate Constellation. Yeah, Immaculate Constellation. There's a spike in
11:21Google requests under that term. Wow. Which is weird because Grush didn't mention it. The implication
11:28being that there was panic then directly relating to all the information that's now being leaked.
11:32And I remember hearing Chuck lean in real quiet, like he's a baller. Chuck McCullough,
11:37he is a gangster, man. He'd just lean in and be like, careful. Yeah, I know.
11:42Yeah, we're on the two sides of him. It was amazing.

11:59As the stories surrounding Immaculate Constellation grow, it is a sure bet that this is a phrase that
12:07we'll all be noticing a lot more from now on. The long-awaited and delayed follow-up official
12:12UAP congressional hearings are now scheduled for mid-November 2024, shortly after the conclusion
12:18to and results of the U.S. election. It remains to be seen if further details regarding Schellenberger's
12:24whistleblower will come to light during those hearings. But for the watching world, for the
12:29growing numbers of people who are taking an increasingly active interest, this could be
12:33the time when the window to full disclosure finally gets fully opened.
12:37Right now, it's very real. And people don't understand that. There is a program the government
12:43has hid from Senate, from Congress, from the Gang of Eight. It's called Immaculate Constellation.
12:48And by the f***ing way, that's just top of the pyramid, big piece of the pie chart. There's
12:53more up there. And there's a lot of constellations below.
