Marcos names new PNOC board member

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. appointed a new board member of the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC), the state-run firm mandated to develop and exploit local petroleum and other energy resources. Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said the President signed the appointment of Ma. Sheila Cabaraban on July 14, 2025.
