00:07I think the buses need to be more reliable. I think they need to sort that out first and also an extension to the trams.
00:15It goes to a few places which is alright for some people but it needs to be more accessible so I think they should focus on using the network for the trams.
00:26I think if we had more regular buses and maybe more bus routes would be helpful and if we had a more reliable app so we could check when the buses are actually coming.
00:36The live tracker sometimes doesn't work so having that improved would probably help transportation to the city centre.
00:43I find it pretty good at the moment. The trams are fine, a little bit less on the Sundays.
00:50Buses I tend not to use because I'm on my own particular routes but they're regular as well. They've always been alright in Sheffield as far as I'm aware.
01:01Mainly I think on certain routes it's quite erratic when you look at the time it takes to move from point A to point B.
01:10I think an increase probably in the traffic would quite help. Though it's not bad in certain areas I must confess but again in certain areas it's equally as bad as it is not in other areas.
01:26So trying to strike a balance so that where we think there is a deficiency of the number of buses we probably could have an increase in there and that could help.
01:38I mean we've had horrendous days where buses are not turning up so you're stood at a bus stop for ages waiting for the bus which never appears.
01:48So if people want you to come into Sheffield not using your car but using public transport they've got to get that side of it right first.
01:59I just get more taxis to choose when it's in the middle of the night because that's why they're wandering around town half of the night because it's just a struggle.
