00:00For a recreational or aspiring badminton pro,
00:15how can a robot be able to help you in training?
00:18It's not a sport because it can be used for search and rescue.
00:22Let's change the game!
00:30Score via kill!
00:33If you know, you know you just heard some badminton jargons
00:37dahil for today's video, sasabak tayo sa one-on-one badminton training.
00:43With 21-year-old Isabel Amora,
00:46ang current first placer sa women's singles category
00:49sa larangan ng esport na badminton sa bansa.
00:53Ang sekreto ng kanyang karera,
00:55consistency pagdating sa training.
00:5810 years old pa lang po ako, nagbabadminton na.
01:00Tapos 11 years old po ako,
01:17so kailangan natin i-refresh yung badminton skills natin.
01:20And let's learn from the best today kasama si Sab Amora.
01:24Sab, tara, let's go!
01:27Wala ba no?
01:34Okay, ayaw nyo ng easy.
01:36Hindi, biro lang.
01:37Okay, pero ang saya.
01:38Kasi naray-refresh yung ano natin.
01:40Yung galaw.
01:41May serve na ganito.
01:43Yung medyo, ano yung underhand ba yan?
01:49Yes!
01:49Pero what if may robot na pwedeng makatulong sa training ng badminton players like Isabel?
02:12This allowed the reinforcement learning algorithm to automatically balance between the robot's agile motion and the reliable perception.
02:31Ano masasabi mo? Paano ka nito matutulungan as a badminton player?
02:58But wait, there's more.
03:05So, we used the Quadrupedal robot platform because it's a generic platform that can also be used to carry out other tasks like search and rescue
03:13and going up and down the stairs because it has legs.
03:16There you have it mga kapuso, a robot na pwedeng makatulong sa sports at search and rescue.
03:23Para sa GMA Integrated News, ako si Martin Avier, changing the game!
