00:00You just saying that is going to be in the game.
00:02Season 6!
00:05This doesn't make the gag real.
00:07Welcome to Ms. Mojo.
00:10And today, we're counting down our picks for the best bloopers,
00:13behind-the-scenes moments, and cutscenes featuring comedy legend Amy Poehler
00:16that never fail to make us laugh.
00:19Colonel Slump's Pop!
00:25Number 10, Debbie Downer, Saturday Night Live.
00:30As much as the actors try not to let it happen,
00:36breaking on Saturday Night Live is inevitable.
00:39It's a live-sketch comedy show with the funniest up-and-coming performers in the business.
00:43Of course people will laugh.
00:45Horatio Sands was laughing so hard that tears were squirting out of his eyes like a cartoon,
00:50and he was wiping them with pancakes.
00:53It was so funny.
00:54That said, veteran cast member Amy Poehler claims that she only ever broke once
00:58during a taped show.
01:00During Rachel Dratch's first sketch as Debbie Downer.
01:03And who could blame her?
01:04Dratch's line delivery and facial expressions for the ultimate pessimist are pitch-perfect.
01:09The sketch was so iconic, in fact, that Debbie Downer eventually became a popular phrase
01:13with a life-reaching far outside the walls of Studio 8-H.
01:23Number 9, Parks' Pregnancy, Parks and Recreation.
01:27You're going to be a beautiful new town.
01:33I'm not pregnant.
01:35Leslie or Amy.
01:36Never again.
01:37The release of Baby Mama coincided with the real-life pregnancy of Amy Poehler,
01:42who would give birth to her first son in October of the same year.
01:45Her second child was born just two years later in 2010.
01:48Suffice it to say, by the time Parks and Recreation's sixth season rolled around,
01:52the last thing Poehler wanted was to deal with babies at work.
01:55But the writers had other plans.
01:57Are you guys lucky or what?
02:00Triplets.
02:03Sweet!
02:03In a blooper for the show's fourth episode,
02:06the actress insisted that she was, quote,
02:08not being pregnant on America's TVs no more.
02:11But by the end of the season,
02:12Leslie was revealed to be pregnant with triplets.
02:15The stark contrast between the reactions of the actress and character
02:18add to the behind-the-scenes hilarity.
02:20Dear Mike, this is my worst nightmare.
02:23Why do you hate me?
02:25What did I do to make you angry?
02:26I mean...
02:28Yeah, Mike.
02:29What's up, bro?
02:30Number 8.
02:32Weekend Update Dress Rehearsals.
02:34Saturday Night Live.
02:36You said clunily.
02:37I said clunily.
02:38You took clunily and finally and said clunily.
02:41When I meet George Clooney, I'm going to go clunily.
02:43I met you.
02:45It's been established that Amy Poehler typically didn't break
02:48during taped recordings of Saturday Night Live,
02:50but apparently dress rehearsals were a different story.
02:54In 2013, fans were treated to a rare look
02:57at what Poehler's Weekend Updates with Seth Meyers looked like before going live.
03:01Her biggest flub is a simple mispronunciation of George Clooney's last name,
03:05which immediately causes an eruption of laughter from the audience.
03:08And because he doesn't want any obstacles in the event clunily...
03:12She also adds an intentionally rude gesture to the end of one of her stories,
03:24before disappointedly lamenting that she won't be able to recreate it on air.
03:29Understanding how easy it is to make mistakes,
03:31she also offers a bit of moral support to her co-host,
03:34in the voice of Rosie Perez.
03:36Star Trek's George to cut. Do a little Rosie Perez to get me out.
03:38Oh my God, Seth, you can do it!
03:40Number 7. Halloween Photoshoot, Mean Girls.
03:49Oh my God, you look fantastic!
03:52You look great, honey! Smile, Regina!
03:55Mrs. George may think her relaxed parenting style makes her a cool mom,
03:59but she can be just as embarrassing as a regular mom.
04:02Case in point, this extended sequence from Mean Girls
04:04that imagines an alternative Halloween at the George household.
04:08Show me your tail.
04:09Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
04:12Over here, honey.
04:14Take your... Put your finger in your mouth, I guess.
04:16Whereas in the original film,
04:18Regina's mom simply takes pictures of her daughter's costume,
04:21a longer version sees her joining in on the fun.
04:24She hands the camera off to her husband,
04:26wrapping her leg around her daughter
04:27in a pose that feels far more inappropriate
04:30than the one that made the final cut.
04:31Number 6. So much wardrobe, so little acting.
04:40Blades of Glory.
04:42The medals may be heavy, but...
04:45What the f*** are our lines?
04:46The 2000s were so chock-full of comedies
04:49that we wouldn't blame you if you never caught Blades of Glory.
04:51The film tells the story of two disgraced ice skaters
04:54who find their way back into the rink
04:56by competing as a pair's team.
04:58This loophole understandably upsets their competition,
05:01Fairchild and Strontz,
05:02who are portrayed by former real-world partners
05:04Amy Poehler and Will Arnett.
05:06It is both physically impressive and artistically moving.
05:09Though they aren't the film's main characters,
05:11the couple still struggle to memorize
05:13all of their heavily accented lines.
05:15As evidenced in the movie's blooper reel,
05:17Poehler puts it best when she remarks
05:19that the movie was full of so much wardrobe
05:21and so little acting.
05:23So much wardrobe, so little acting.
05:25These words are impossible to remember.
05:26These words are just like Chinese to me.
05:29Number 5. This set is haunted.
05:31Parks and Recreation.
05:33They say laughter is the best medicine,
05:35but in this case,
05:36it seems to have done more harm than good.
05:39While filming for Parks and Recreation's fourth season,
05:41a scene between Ben and Leslie
05:43was briefly interrupted by Rashida Jones' sneezing.
05:46You're the only one.
05:48Sorry.
05:49The actors laughed it off,
05:52and so did the film crew.
05:54Just as the cast seemed ready to restart,
05:56a boom mic fell into frame,
05:58hitting Poehler on the head.
05:59No!
06:00Oh!
06:01Oh, oh, shit!
06:02Oh, no, you're okay!
06:03The scene is haunted!
06:05Thankfully, she was fine,
06:06though she did declare the scene haunted.
06:08The actress had been witness
06:09to a similar incident two seasons prior,
06:12when a crew member laughing at her character break
06:14ran camera first into a door frame.
06:16She ran into the door jamb.
06:25Oh, tweet!
06:27Are you okay?
06:27She went hard.
06:29Oh, God.
06:30Wait, okay.
06:30Number four.
06:31Let's Relax.
06:33Parks and Recreation.
06:34Where did all this confidence come from all of a sudden?
06:37Okay, guys, let's relax.
06:39I'm sorry.
06:40When you get a fit of the giggles,
06:42it can be hard to stop.
06:43Amy Poehler knows this all too well,
06:45as illustrated by this blooper
06:47from the third season of Parks and Recreation.
06:49In the scene,
06:50Leslie is attempting to mediate a conversation
06:52between her secret boyfriend, Ben,
06:54and her notoriously strict mother, Marlene.
06:57Poehler, as Leslie,
06:58is supposed to be telling the two to relax,
07:00but can't seem to take her own advice.
07:02She struggles through several takes,
07:21eventually mocking her own inability
07:23to get through the scene.
07:24Even in the final cut,
07:25you can still see the actress give a sly smile
07:28after delivering the line.
07:29Where did all this confidence come from all of a sudden?
07:31Hey, guys, come on, let's relax.
07:33Number three, Bad Hair Day, Parks and Recreation.
07:37You, you leave me alone.
07:39You, you need to know my life.
07:42You need to know my life.
07:43Leslie Knope is no stranger to a bad hair day.
07:46In Parks and Recreation's first season,
07:48she got a sassy and powerful cut dubbed The Mayor,
07:51which made her the center of attention
07:52at her mother's award banquet.
07:54But that moment pales in comparison
07:56to this season five blooper.
07:57In the episode, Leslie's given news midperm
08:00and is left desperately trying to undo
08:02all of the rollers caught up in her hair.
08:05Unfortunately, during one take,
08:06undoing the rollers also pulled apart Poehler's wig.
08:09That's what I'm gonna do.
08:10I'm gonna tell him that he needs to vote for it
08:11and he's gonna do it.
08:12I'm just gonna make him do it.
08:13Milton?
08:15Milton is like...
08:16Though the scene is instantly ruined,
08:18Poehler adds to the hilarity
08:20by staying in character with a season sorry,
08:22joking about the idea of Leslie wearing a wig to work.
08:25What just happened to your head?
08:28Do you wear a wig to work?
08:30What's happening?
08:32Number two, Straightened Cherry Stem,
08:34Parks and Recreation.
08:36Wow, did you just make that straight?
08:39Oh my goodness.
08:40Can you teach me how to do that?
08:42Tying a cherry stem into a knot with your tongue
08:44is a popular bar trick with salacious implications.
08:47Of course, Leslie Knope isn't one to flirt normally.
08:50She goes the extra mile.
08:52In this scene, the park's employee subverts expectations
08:54by straightening out a once-twisted stem.
08:57The object of her affection, Ben Wyatt,
08:59appears to be both impressed and amused by the action,
09:02asking if she can show him how to do it.
09:04The presumably improvised scene is so clever and endearing
09:08that it's hard to believe a version of it
09:09didn't make the episode's final cut.
09:12Wait, let's knot up some cherry stems
09:14and you can teach me how to straighten them out.

09:30and switch on notifications.
09:32Number one, Multilingual Flub, Parks and Recreation.
09:36Ben and I are getting married
09:40and I'm so excited.
09:42I want to tell everybody.
09:44Everybody.
09:46In Parks and Rec's fifth season,
09:48Ben proposes to Leslie
09:49and she immediately wants to tell the world.
09:51In a confessional,
09:52the newly engaged pair reveal
09:54that they've even received noise complaints
09:56as a result of her enthusiastic sharing.
09:58Ben and I are getting married
09:59and I've been telling everybody about it.
10:01I'm so happy I want to shout it from the rooftops.
10:03And she has.
10:04We've gotten several noise complaints.
10:06We're getting married!
10:07All right.
10:07It's a funny concept,
10:08particularly if you imagine Leslie
10:10literally shouting about her love from the rooftops.
10:13But it wasn't what the writers
10:14initially had in mind for the scene.
10:16The blooper reel reveals
10:17that Leslie was initially meant
10:19to memorize the phrase
10:20we're getting married in Spanish,
10:22Dutch and Klingon
10:23in order to tell as many people as possible.
10:26Nos vamos...
10:27She memorized
10:29we're getting married in Spanish.
10:32Nos vamos a cazar.
10:34Dutch...
10:35And Klingon.
