01:00So I'm very moved and very touched by the welcome that I received here.

01:14I was a hotel manager for 15 years in France, so I'm very moved and touched by what you're

01:20doing here.

01:21I'm impressed by the quality of the place, all the fields that you can be learned of,

01:28the quality of the teachers, and the innovative way of approaching classes in terms of cooking

01:36and hospitality and everything.

01:38And I know that this kind of job are very much needed in France.

01:42We are lacking, you know, people working in the tourism and everything.

01:46So I know the standard that you have are extremely high.

01:50And I think it's good that excellence emerged from Pakistan because it works on the image

01:54of the country.

01:55People are not used to see that much excellence from other countries than France.

02:00I don't know for which reason.

02:02French people are a little bit, you know, posh, if I can say so.

02:06So it's good that, you know, I can be impressed.

02:09And if I can be your ambassador in France, looking at other schools or even the French embassy

02:15here, you know, it could maybe work with you.

02:18I will be delighted to do so.

02:24They are the best ambassadors a country can have.

02:27Food is always a good way to build bridges between people, music and food.
