00:10Well, that pressure is a great word.

00:12And I think that means that there is belief in our ability to achieve what we want to achieve.

00:16And we've been very, very close the last three seasons.

00:19And the small things are going to decide whether we achieve that or not.

00:22But we have to make sure that we don't lose sight of what we have to do daily

00:26to get to the levels that we want, to set the demands that we want within the school.

00:32Because that's the most important one.

00:34The internal demand has to be always exceeding any external demand.

00:37And that's what we are trying to achieve every single day.
