00:00We are in Cosmobox, one Albert Road. We sell Korean cosmetics because K-beauty
00:06right now is booming worldwide and some countries with trends be faster, UK as
00:12conservative countries we know. It's a bit slower with trends but yeah Koreans
00:17right now is so popular with their skincare and it's mostly Korean product
00:22in the store. Soon maybe we'll add some in other countries and brands but right
00:28now it's based on my personal experience and selection of the brands of products.
00:34Yeah so what's different and what's unique about the Korean skin products?
00:38I would say it's more about the natural healthy ingredients. In other words saying
00:48they are South Koreans is very innovative with the formulas. It's very nice not
00:55harmful formulas, they're super tough with SPFs, with moisturizers, with lots of
01:02things. Every day they like really look on their clients and they improve and do
01:09something nice, modern because our environment around us has changed as well
01:14since it was 10-20 years ago and today. Our needs are different and South Koreans
01:21really look after that point. They're absolutely obsessed with this thing here and
01:28I think that's why this trend very quickly moved to the wild wild territories.
01:36Interesting yeah and you say it's for men and women? You've got products for men here as well?
01:41South Koreans didn't split like men, men and women products because I think we need
01:48same products daily only men love more blue colors so like you know they they
01:55when they see like pink bottles are like it's not for me. Of course we have like
02:00male lines which is like packed more in blue colors black colors but I can see from
02:06our clients that male is absolutely fine right now with skin care it doesn't
02:12matter in which packaging. They've understood that idea that skin care is
02:16really important. What's kind of been your most popular product so far?
02:20It's difficult to say like what is the popular because we are so different our skin needs are
02:26different our sensitivity that's what is another thing what I love for that
02:33skincare because the South Koreans they look on the wider perspective like you
02:39know because we are so different sensitive skin mature skin teenager skin which
02:45going through the teenager troubles I know how it's difficult but like push
02:52them to look after their skin and they created really right products but I will
02:58say like must-have product it's SPF slow aging it will be starting from SPF no burn
03:06no red skin really SPF it will be one of the best products from which you need to
03:12and so you can say obviously they've got lots of different products for different
03:15types of skin do you kind of give advice to people if they come in and they're not
03:19sure what to get? Yeah that's why I think I believe so and I hope so we're different I'm here to help people
03:26select right products and I can see from the walk in clients when we start
03:31talk about that the daily routine or what kind of brands and products they got I
03:36never say like oh it's bad or you need to take our products I always said like you
03:41know you keep going with what you have but sometimes I can see that people choose
03:47wrong products because we have the product from the oily skin and dry skin and
03:53people just choose like oily skin choose wrong product and dry skin choose for
03:59oily skin and they will damage like you know their skin even more that's why I'm
04:04here to help understand their routine how to choose the right products for them
04:09because I always tell to clients like tell me what you want to achieve and how you
04:15want to look and what is your issue which you keep in your head when you come and buy
04:22the skin care yeah I want to say because the people lots of people ask me what is
04:28your difference why do you think like people come to your store don't buy online
04:32because we are on the time when that everyone going through the Amazon on
04:38online stores because online stores like you know sign and offer as well better
04:43discounts I believe so that our source will sort of something special for our
04:49local community of course we will launch online shop as well try to reach more
04:56far located clients but main idea is give the people again chance to turn that
05:06shopping vibe come try tasks and enjoy the shopping by themselves instead of just
05:15clicking on the live stream
