00:12But, you know, in the dressing room, they are still kids, you know,

00:15and it's good for the dressing room.

00:20And, yeah, it's very encouraging.

00:21And I think the manager, Hansi, has done a great job with the team,

00:28especially, you know, last season,

00:31to do what he did with such a young team is impressive.

00:35And for me, the most impressive thing was from the moment I arrived,

00:41everything last season is forgotten about,

00:43and they are fully focused on the next season to improve from last season.

00:48So the ambition is very high, the determination is very high,

00:53and it's a perfect fit for where I am in my career right now.
